Providing and laying in position ,Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS :456- 2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and m,aximum water cement ration of 0.55, including admixture (Plasticiser/Superplasticier) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate ,retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand, nut excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying,vibrating with mechanical brators,finishing,curing,etc and providing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standrands.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement and 4 P sand)12mm thick including curing, etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement and 3 C...mplete for ceiling andother exposed RCC surfaces.

Painting the new plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping,clean removal of dirt,etc.,complete and including necessary plaster paris,putty etc., wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years.

Painting the OLD plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping,clean removal of dirt,etc.,complete and including necessary plaster paris,putty etc., wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years.

Art work as per the direction of department official, over Oil Painting with first class quality and approved colour including a priming coat with thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt., etc., complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, etc., wherever required (Relevent ISI STD), including putty works.

Weathering course using concrete broken brick jelly 20mm gauge in pure slacked lime 32 : 12.5 cft. (32 broken brick jelly 20mm gauge and12.5 lime) over RCC roof slab for required depth of 80mm forgiving required slope and thickness to roof as required,well beaten with wooden beaters,etc.,complete as directed during execution.

Terrace flooring with one course of pressed tiles (with relevent ISI STD) 23cmx23cmx20mm using C.M. 1:3 etc.,

Supplying and fixing P.V.C. pipe 110mm dia rain water down fallpipe as per ISI standard (I.S.4985)including P.V.C.Bends without door arrangements, shoes, gratings with F.I.Clamps 40mmx20mm of suitable size fixed to wooden plugs embedded in walls in cementmortar 1:3 (1 cement and 3 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand) including cutting holes inwalls and making good the same after fixing the plugs,etc.complete as directed during execution.

Painting old iron work two coats with ready mixed paint of superior quality and approved colour.(ISI STD)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / Fan point (For electronic regulator).

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS socket with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.

Wiring with 2x4 sqmm(56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet for 15 A 3 pin non inter locking CS socket with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire , and making good of the concealed portion, with suitable colour for concealed power plug point
