Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 40mm thick using 0.13Cu.m of 19.00- 9.50mm,0.17 Cu.m of 9.5-2.36 mm Metal, and 0.26 Cu.m of 2.36 mm and below Metal of specified grading aggregates with 50.3 kg of VG30 (60/70 grade)bitumen for premixing per 10sq.m including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to worksite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with 9m paver finisher to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tone Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc. including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 tonne CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,9m paver finisher, Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 (This rate is applicable only if the Work is carried out during NIGHT)

Carting away the surplus earth and debris to a lead of 11km.including Loading, unloading and dumping in the Corporation Land as directed during the execution

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mmthick including refelectorsing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area,thickness of 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free fromstreaks and holes.

Providing and fixing Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers (RPM) or road studs bonded to or anchored within road surface for lane marking and delineation for night time visibility with plastic body of RPM / road studs moulded from ASA / ABS (Acrylic Strene Acrylonitrile) or HIPS (High-Impact Polystyrene). Reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face confirming to ASTM D 4280 and the marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with category ‘A’ specification of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97-DO III Dt.11.06.1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm, and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/-5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/-2 mm and height not less than 30 +/-2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing shall be done without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation etc complete. Two Years Warranty Certificate for Raised Pavement Marker for the quantity installed and a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory conforming to 13635 kg Compressive strength as per MORTH circular shall be obtained from the Manufacturer by the contractor and submitted to the engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. In hard stiff clay, stiff black hard earth, shales muram, gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil ( SS 20 A )

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 with materials as per table 400-1 for grading – V material (Drainage / Top Layer).

Providing laying, Spreading and compacting Graded Stone aggregates to Wet Mix macadam 250 mm thick specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical Mix Plant Carriage and transporting the mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base/basecourse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, etc.,including cost of material,labour charges,rentls for machinery,fuel and all other incidental charges .Complete as per clause 406 of MoRT& H Specifications.(COMPACTION BY VIBRO MAX ROLLER IS A MUST) (This rate is applicable only if the Work is carried out during NIGHT)

Laying C.C. 1:2:4 using 40 m.m. IRC size (2/3rd. of quantity) 20 m.m.IRC (1/6th. of quantity), 12 m.m. IRC. (1/6th. of quantity), B.G. Metals including curing, ramming vibrating etc., complete (adopting casual labour) (This rates may be adopted for the roads which are to be improved under the Slum Improvement Scheme. For other roads the Design Mix of HRS may please be obtained.)

Providing Speed Breakers as per IRC design [Clause 5, 6 of IRC: 99-1988] with Bituminous Concrete (as per clause 509 of MORT&Hspecification) to the required grade level and alignment and rolled withvibratory roller etc., complete and as directed by Engineers.
