Providing and laying in position ,Standardised Concrete Mix M- 20 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and m,aximum water cement ration of 0.55, including admixture (Plasticiser/Superplasticier) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate ,retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand, nut excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying,vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing,etc and providing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standrands.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Painting the OLD plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt etc. complete and including necessary plaster paris putty etc. wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years..

Painting old iron work two coats with ready mixed paint of superior quality and approved colour.(ISI STD).

Supplying and paving second quality colour glazed tiles 30x20cm x 6 mm with relevent ISI STD size of approved make set in C.M. 1:3 (1 cement and 3 river sand) 20mm thick and pointing with same colour cement polishing clearing etc. complete..

Paving the flooring with CEMENT CONCRETE TILES hydraulic pressed Antiskid tiles as per pattern design 20mm thick in cm 1:3 including pointing with colour cement etc., complete.(ISI)

Solid panel PVC door with frame Solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauge 19mm MS sq..tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS sq.tubes for top lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5 mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheet for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mmx30mm. The over all size of top rail lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30 mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mmx45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.including labour charges etc. complete.as per ISI standard.

Supplying and fixing 15x10cm stoneware gully with P or S trapwith 15x15cm C.I.grating and 10cm dia S.W.bend including 40mm size brick jelly concrete in C.M.1:4:10 ( 1 cement 4 river sand and 10 broken brick jelly 40mm gauge) 10cm thick alround the gully 11cm thick wall with stock brick work in C.M.1:4 ( 1cement and 4 river sand) upto ground level and plastering with C.M.1:3 (1 cement and 3 river sand) 12mm thick for gully silt pit of size 15x15cm etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing in position best Indian type water closet 51cm of superior quality and approved make white glazed earthernware with P or S trap and a pair of porcelin footrest and forming flooring alround water closet using 40mm size broken brick jelly concrete in C.C1:4:10(1 cement 4 river sand and 10broken brick jelly) and sand filling around the closet including finishing the surface with C.M.1:3 ( 1 cement and 3 river sand) 20mm thick including making good all the disturbed portions etc. complete.

Construction of Inspection chamber of size 60x60x60cm with necessary earth work excavation 40mm size brick jelly concretein C.M.1:4:10 ( 1 cement 4 river sand and 10 broken brick jelly)stock brick work in c.M.1:y (1 cement and 6 river sand) for 23cmthick wall benching channelling and plastering interior exterior and top with c.M.1:3 (1 cement and 3 riversand) 12mm thick and providing 7.5cm thick RCC loose slabcovering in CC 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement 2 river sand and 4 blue granitebroken stone jelly of 12mm to 20mm size) with necessary reinforcement and arrangements to lift for cleaning purpose etc. complete.
