Providing and laying in position,Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ration of 0.50, including admixture (Plasticiser/Superplasticier) in recommen-ded proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate ,retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand, nut excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying,vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing, curing,etc and providing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standrands. (No separate paymentwill be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement and 4 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand)) 12mm thick including curing, etc., complete

Supplying and fixing WALL TILES colours designed glazed tiles 300x200x6mm in C.M. 1:3, 20mm thick and pointing with same colour cement, polishing, clearing, etc., complete

Brick work in second class bricks (9"x4 3/8" x 2 3/4") in C.M.1:4 ( 1 cement and 4 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand)) including curing,etc.,complete for 23cm thick walls upto basement (upto 1m high above G.L.).

Paving the flooring with first quality plain CERAMIC TILES of all colours of size 305mmx305mmx6mm set in C.M.1:3,12mm thick including pointing with white cement,labour,materials,etc., (ISI.std)

Granolithic flooring 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement, 2 CrushedStone Sand(Commercially called M-Sand) and 4 blue granite broken stone jelly 3 to10mm gauge) and top rendered smooth with cement at 10kg per10sq.m. including thread lining, curing, providing 25mm dia G.I.pipe of necessary length for water outlet,etc.,complete asdirected during execution.

Clean removal of cement plaster from walls and racking out joints 20mm deep.etc., complete.

Supplying andfixing fullypolished cuddapah slab for the cupboard etc,including cutting to required size, necessary cement mortar for fixing etc.,complete.

White washing two coats over new plastered surface.

Colour washing onecoat with supercem or snowcem or any other approved cement based colour washing over new plastered walls by brush with silvery grey or any other approved colour as may be directed during execution. The surface must be free from dust, oil,etc., Loose meterials and dust must be removed by brushing and washing before applying the cement based colour wash the surface shall be saturated with clean water. The mixed cement based colour wash shall pass through a fine wiremesh sieve before applying by brush,curing,etc.,complete as directed during execution.(ISI STD)

Painting old wood work with one coat of ready mixed paint of superior quality and approved colour.(ISI STD)

Providing and fixing 110mm dia PVC soil or vent pipe.with relevent ISI STD.
