- Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 1,76,42,364.03.
- One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 2,82,27,782.45.
Additionally, the average annual financial turnover during the last 5 years should be at least 50% of the estimated cost, and the bidder should have working capital sufficient to finance at least 30% of the value put to tender. The similar nature of works refers to the Construction of Buildings and its maintenance.
