The bidder should have successfully completed similar works in nature within the specified time period. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing works with the following criteria: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the work value, - or two similar works costing not less than 50% of the work value, - or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the work value. Additionally, specific values are mentioned, such as: i. Three similar works each value not less than INR 1.89 Crs. (including GST) ii. Two similar works each value not less than INR 2.36 Crs. (including GST) iii. One similar work of value not less than INR 3.78 Crores (including GST) The bidder should also have achieved an annual turnover of not less than 1.5 times the value of work in any one of the years, with a minimum annual turnover of INR 7.10 Crores in any one of the last five years. The value of the works executed and financial turnover of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% each per year to bring them to the price level of 2023-24, with the weightage as follows: 2023-24: 1X Financial Turnover 2022-23: 1.10 X Financial Turnover 2021-22: 1.21 X Financial Turnover 2020-21: 1.33 X Financial Turnover 2019-20: 1.46 X Financial Turnover The bidder is required to provide information on similar completed works during the last 5 years, including the construction cost of the project, quantity of work performed, year of starting, and year of completion.
