The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standrands.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Painting the new plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt etc. complete and including necessary plaster paris putty etc. wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years..

Supplying and paving second quality white glazed tiles 30x20cm x .6 mm with relevent ISI STD size of superior quality and of approved make set in C.M. 1:3 (1 cement and 3 river sand) 20mm thick and pointing with same colour cement polishing clearing etc. complete.".
