Technical Capacity
The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar Park work/Refurbishment work of parks during the last Five years. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- One similar nature of work with a minimum value of Rs. 931.39 lakhs, which is 80% of the value of work put to tender.
- Alternatively, two similar nature of works with a minimum value of Rs. 582.12 lakhs, which is 50% of the value of work put to tender.
- Another option is three similar nature of works with a minimum value of Rs. 465.69 lakhs, which is 40% of the value of work put to tender.
The bidder should enclose a completion certificate obtained from the client/department for the similar works completed. The time period for considering the prior work experience is from 2019-20 to 2023-24, ending on March 31, 2025. Similar nature of works refers to the formation of new parks and play fields only.
