The required prior work experience for the bidder can be demonstrated by one of the following: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 102.77 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 128.47 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 205.55 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work. Alternatively, the experience can also be shown as: - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. The similar nature of works refers to the construction of buildings and their maintenance. Completion certificates or performance certificates obtained from the respective department should be enclosed.
