Providing and laying in position ,Standardised Concrete Mix M20 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and m,aximum water cement ration of 0.55, including admixture (Plasticiser/Superplasticier) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate ,retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand, nut excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying,vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing,etc and providing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standrands.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Brick work in second class bricks (9"x4 3/8" x 2 3/4") in C.M.1:4 ( 1 cement and 4 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand)) including curing,etc.,complete for 23cm thick walls upto basement (upto 1m high above G.L.).

Providing and fixing fully glazed anodized aluminium sliding window of approved make and the glass shallbe 4mm thick without undulations and waves. The glass panes shall be fixed by snap on beeding including U shaped kasket. The window shall be fixed in position with necessary fittings such as aluminium handle etc complete as directed during execution.

Painting new iron work two coats with ready mixed paint with relevent ISI STD of superior quality and approved colour..

Manufacturing and placing well rings 1.22m internal dia and 40mm thick in RCC 1:2:4 ( 1 cement,2 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand) and 4 stone jelly 12 to 20mm gauge) including necessary reinforcement, rendering smooth with cement the inner and outer surface of the ring, etc.,complete as directed during execution.

Extra Labour for RCC precase works including moulding with necessary centering materials plastering the exposed surface withC.M.1:3 (1 cement and 3 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand)) 10mm thick and rendering smooth with cement at 1.5kg per 1sq.m.curing for 7 days fixing inposition,etc.,complete as directed furing execution.

Supplying and erecting in position LIGHT DUTY STEEL TRUSSES as per the drawing. The materials and design of the trusses should confirm to the relevant Indian Standard specification. The trusses shall be procured only from reputed manufactures of trusses with prior approval of the Buildings Engineer and a certificate to the effect from the reputed manufacturers shall also be furnished with design. The rate quoted shall include the cost of trusses.
