Providing and laying in position ,Standardised Concrete Mix M- 20 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and m,aximum water cement ration of 0.55, including admixture (Plasticiser/Superplasticier) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate ,retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand, nut excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying,vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing,etc and providing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standrands.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Brick work in second class bricks (9x4 3/8 x 2 3/4) in C.M.1:4 ( 1 cement and 4 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand)) including curing,etc.,complete for 23cm thick walls upto basement (upto 1m high above G.L.).

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement and 4 river sand)12mm thick including curing etc. complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement and 3 river sand) 15mm thick including curing etc. complete.

Supplying and paving second quality colour glazed tiles 30x20cm x 6 mm with relevent ISI STD size of approved make set in C.M. 1:3 (1 cement and 3 river sand) 20mm thick and pointing with same colour cement polishing clearing etc. complete..

White washing two coats over new plastered surface..

Painting the new plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt etc. complete and including necessary plaster paris putty etc. wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years..

Supplying and filling with good earth for foundation and basement etc. including watering and consolidating etc. complete

Terrace concrete work with broken brick jelly 20mm gauge in pure slacked lime 32:12.5(32 broken brick jelly 20mm gauge and12.5 lime) over RCC roof slab for required depth of 80mm for giving required slope and thickness to roof as required well beaten with wooden beaters etc. complete as directed during execution..

Terrace flooring with one course of pressed tiles (with relevent ISI STD) 23cmx23cmx20mm using C.M. 1:3 etc. .

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3 to full depth 6mm thick of tiles 20cmx20cmx20mm etc..

PROTECTIVE PLASTERING Providing protective over the water proofing treatment provided over base concrete,RCC retaining wall, sunken slab and terrace in CM 1:4 to a minimum thickness of 12mm with suitable admixture.
