Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bid, which is 1.5 times the Package value, amounting to Rs. 349.35 Lakhs, in at least any two financial years in the last five years. The bidder is also required to provide information on their present activities and completed works during the last 5 years, including details of ongoing and completed projects, such as construction cost, percentage of work completed, and other relevant information. The percentage of similar works completed mentioned is 80% of the package value, and the amount is Rs. 186.32 Lakhs. The minimum annual financial turnover required is 1.5 times the package value, which is Rs. 349.35 Lakhs.
