Labour Charges for fixing Cuddapah Slab to Cup-Board

Solid panel PVC door with frame Solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauge 19mm MS sq..tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS sq.tubes for top lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5 mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheet for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mmx30mm. The over all size of top rail lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30 mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mmx45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.including labour charges etc. complete.as per ISI standard.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt etc. complete and including necessary plaster paris putty wherever required.(ISI STD).

Roofing with galvanised corrugated iron sheets (thickness of sheet 0.8mm) including J bolts and nuts with bitumen washers etc. complete (ISI STD)..

Supplying and erecting in position LIGHT DUTY STEEL TRUSSES as per the drawing. The materials and design of the trusses should confirm to the relevant Indian Standard specification. The trusses shall be procured only from reputed manufactures of trusses with prior approval of the Buildings Engineer and a certificate to the effect from the reputed manufacturers shall also be furnished with design. The rate quoted shall include the cost of trusses. Base-plate with holding down bolts and nuts to RCC or Masonry works, roof purlins, rafters, purlin sleeves, the members fixing accessories etc., painting one coat of red- oxide paint and erecting in position etc., complete as directed during execution. The contractor shall also arrange to provide grouting for holding down bolts embeding the end purlins, to the gable wall wherever necessary etc., The roof sheeting shall project 0.762m from the eves purlins.
