Providing and laying Granular Sub-Base (GSB) layer of 200 m.m compacted thickness on the prepared sub-grade withapproved coarse Graded material of minimum CBR Value 30 grading confirming to Table 400-1/400-2 Grading 1 of MORTH-Revision-IV, including screening, spreading in uniform layer with motor, grader,watering and premixing at optimum moisture content, compacting with power and vibratory roller of 80 to 100 KNstatic weight to not less than 98% of the maximum laboratory dry density as per IS:2720(Part 8) and fine dressing to required grade and cross slope as shown on the drawing or as directedby the Engineer including obtaining and transporting all materials from approved Quarry Site to work site with all lifts and lead by Mechanical Transport head load or any other mode of transportation including labour, tools, equipment, safety measures teting and incidentals necessary to complete the work as per MORTH specification clause 401 and as directed by Engineer

Providing laying, Spreading and compacting Graded Stone aggregateto Wet Mix macadam specification including premixing the material(0.396 Cu.m of 45-22.4mm Metal, 0.528 Cu.m of 22.4-2.36mm Metal,0.396 Cu.m of 2.36 mm Size & below) with water at OMC inMechanical Mix Plant Carriage and transporting the mixed material bytipper to site, laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base/basecourse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller toachieve the desired density, etc., Complete as per clause 406 of MoRT& H Specifications.(COMPACTION BY VIBRO MAX ROLLER IS A MUST)

Providing Prime Coat 7Kg/10 m2 with Bitumen Emulsion (slow setting) including cost of bitumen at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying required quantity of bitumen emulsion as Prime Coat using bitumen sprayer etc., complete over the Wet Mix Macadam as per clause 502 of MORT & H specifications Rev.5

Providing Tack Coat 2.5 kg/10 m2 with Bitumen Emulsion (Rapid Setting 1) including cost of bitumen at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying required quantity of bitumen emulsion as Tack Coat using bitumen sprayer etc., complete over the primed surface as per clause 503 of MoRT & H Specifications Rev.5

Providing and laying Tackcoat over the existing bituminous surface using 2.0 kgs of bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting 1) per 10 Sq.m area including cost of bitumen at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface, and applying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion as Tack Coat using bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MoRT and H Specifications

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick bituminous macadam using 0.283 Cu.m of 25-10mm metal, 0.283 Cu.m of 10-5mm Metal,0.1415 Cu.m of 5mm and below size IRC metal with 37 kgs of VG30 (60/70 grade) bitumen for premixing per 10sq.m including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 tonne CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver finisher, vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 40mm thick using 0.2089 Cu.m of 13.2 10mm metal, 0.1372 Cu.m of 10 5mm Metal, 0.2387 Cu.m of 5mm and below Metal of specified grading aggregates and 0.012 Cu.m of Quarry Dust premixed in CMP with bituminous binder (60/70 grade bitumen) 47.12 kg, per 10Sq.m transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment ,rolled , etc., Complete as per clause 509 of MoRT and H Specifications to achieve the desired compaction

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc completed as per MORT& H specification no.803

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of category A raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methecrylate /ABS moulded body conforming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW/NH. 33023/10/97- Do.III dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15mm, 90mm and 100mm and with minimum reflection area of 13 sq.m on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/-5degree Each reflectors shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said Morth circular. The strength of deteachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19+/-2mm and height not less than 30+/-2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500Kgf.
