Providing and laying in position ,Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and m,aximum water cement ration of 0.55, including admixture (Plasticiser / Superplasticier) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate ,retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand, nut excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying,vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing,etc and providing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standrands.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement and 4 P sand)12mm thick including curing, etc., complete.

Making and fixing M.S.Sheet gate of required size with twoshutters using necessary M.S.Flats 25x6mm, M.S.Angles 50x50x6mm and M.S.Sheet 5mm thick (7gauge) providing gun metal caps 75mmsize pintols, latches 25cm size for locking arrangements, name boards (C.M.) including cutting iron members, welding fixing gatein position,etc.,complete as directed during execution.(The design of gate furnished is subject to alteration during execution.) (ISI STD)

Painting the new plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping,clean removal of dirt,etc.,complete and including necessary plaster paris,putty etc., wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years.

Supplying and fixing 40mm dia G.I.Pipe including cutting, threading and jointing with necessary specials fixing to wall with clamps and screws including making holes in the wall or drilling holes in roof and making good the wall or roof after fixing with necessary scaffolding etc.,complete

Boring using power rig 125mm dia upto hard formation and boring 100mm dia below this in rock formation. The entire column to be cleaned at site as directed including hire charges for the power rig for drilling the bore as described above both upto hard formation and then in rock formation (including the cost of fuel charges, transporting to and from the power rig etc.,complete.) including flushing the bore using compressor for a minimum time of 12 hours etc.,complete providing the danger lights during night time etc.,complete as directed during execution.
