The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar building works during the last five years. The experience can be demonstrated by completing works with the following values and percentages: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 135.56 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 169.45 Lakhs (excluding GST) per work. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 271.12 Lakhs (excluding GST). Additionally, the bidder's technical staff should have the following experience: - Manager/Project Manager: 10 years of experience with a BE in Civil Engineering or equivalent. - Site Engineer: 5 years of experience with a BE in Civil Engineering or equivalent, or 10 years of experience with a DCE in Civil. - Foreman/Supervisor: 3 years of experience with a BE in Civil Engineering or equivalent, or 6 years of experience with a DCE in Civil. The bidder should enclose completion certificates or performance certificates obtained from the respective department for these works. The bid capacity should be greater than the value of the work, which can be calculated using 30% of the work value given as Rs. 101.67 Lakhs.
