Methodology Waterproofing Work in Water Sump and Bathroom:Cementitious Pressure Grouting in Sump Floor Wall Joint :- In the Sump,Flor wall joints and Bathroom and wherever water seepage points are noticed, will be drilled to the depth of 4 inches, the drilled holes will be cleaned well by blowing out the dust and particles and PVC Nipples will be fixed by using rapid setting to serve as Nozzles foe cementitious Pressure Grouting. Prepare the cement slurry with shrinkage compensating additive "Cebex 100" and polymer "Nitobond SBR"( Fosroc Chemicals) and will be grouted by using manually operated Pressure Grouting Pump until the nipples refuse the grout. Once, the grouted material gets set inside, the PVC Nipples will be cut and the holes will be sealed by using the pluging material to the surface level. The Said work is done inclusive of material and labour.(The floor area 1 Length is 7.0 x 2 + Breath is 9.0 x 2 Height 3.4 x 2) and( the floor area 2 Length is 7.0 x 2 + Breath is 4.5 x 2 Height 3.4 x 2 ) hence 30 points to be grouted in the floor wall joint and bathroom i.e eaxh point per footsupplying and Fixing Polycarbonate Roofing Sheet

The Proposed area of WaterProof coating will be cleaned well with acid wash followed by water wash by using wire brush and water jet to remove the dust, moss and other particles for better adhession of waterproof coating . In the cleaned surface,the Elastromeric Cementitious Waterproofing MEmbrance "BRUSHBOND RFX" (Fosroc Chemicals ) two part components part A & B wil be mixed as per the ratio specified and will be applied in right to angle directions (2 coats) one after the other after each coats gets duly dried. During the second coat, the seived sand will be sprinkle over the surface as a key for bonding the plastering ** The plastering has to be done by you,it is not in our scope
