Providing and laying in position ,Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and m,aximum water cement ration of 0.50, including admixture (Plasticiser/Superplasticier) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate ,retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand, nut excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying,vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing,etc and providing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standrands.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild steel / Ribbed tor steel for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire (18 G) in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification (contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work using best quality II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" X 4-3/8" X 2-3/4" in cement mortor 1:5 for foundation and basement including curing etc complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement and 3 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand)) 10mmthick including hacking, curing,etc., complete for ceiling andother exposed RCC surfaces.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement and 4 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand))12mm thick including curing, etc., complete.

White washing two coats over new plastered surface.

Painting the new plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping,clean removal of dirt,etc.,complete and including necessary plaster paris,putty etc., wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years.

Paving the flooring with first quality plain CERAMIC TILES of all colours of size 305mmx305mmx6mm set in C.M.1:3,12mm thick including pointing with white cement,labour,materials,etc., (ISI.std)

For making and fixing M.S.Sheet Door of required size with two shutter using necessary M.S.Angles 50x50x6mm/40x40x6mm "L" Angles as diagonal Bracings 4Nos. for each shutter and centre Bracings for 1No.for each shutter. M.S.Flats 25x6mm/40 x6 mm and M.S.Sheet 1.25mm thick (18 gauge) and providing hinges welded with M.S.Angles 50x50x6mm bits at three places at equal intervals on both sides, Latches 25cm size length for locking arrangements providing 12mm dia. M.S.Rod running through the hinges on both vertical side for easy swining purpose of doors including one coat of primer, cutting iron members, welding fixing door in position, etc. complete as directed during execution (as per design drawing enclosed).(Materials to be used with relevent ISI STD).

Painting new iron work two coats with ready mixed paint with relevent ISI STD of superior quality and approved colour.

Terrace flooring with one course of pressed tiles (with relevent ISI STD) 23cmx23cmx20mm using C.M. 1:3 etc.,

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3 to full depth 6mm thick of tiles 23cmx23cmx20mm etc.,

Flooring with ordinary cuddapah slabs 50mm thick jelly in Lime mortar 1:2:5 ( 1 lime, 2 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand) and 5 broken brick jelly) including pointing with C.M.1:3 ( 1 cement and 3 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand)) etc.,complete.

Solid panel PVC door with frame Solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauge 19mm MS sq..tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS sq.tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5 mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheet for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mmx30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30 mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mmx45mm, with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.including labour charges etc., complete.as per ISI standard.
