The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil engineering works such as Storm water drain works, Canal works, and Pond works. They should have executed at least one work not less than 80% of the value put in tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years ending 31.01.2025. The value for this requirement is 80% of the Package value, which is Rs.163.63 Lakhs. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bided, which is Rs.306.81 Lakhs (150% of the package value), in at least any two financial years in the last five years. Additionally, the bidder is required to provide information on their present activities and completed works during the last 5 years, including details such as name and type of project, brief technical description, client details, contract period, construction cost, and percentage of work completed. The bidder should also provide evidence of access to, or availability of, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial resources sufficient to meet the projected construction cash flow requirements, which is estimated as 50% of the total value of the project, amounting to Rs.102.27 Lakhs.
