Providing And Laying In Position, Standarded Concrete Mix M-20 Grade In Accordance With Is:456-2954 Using 20mm Ond Down Graded Hard Broken Granito Stone Jelly For All Rcc Items of Works With Minimum Cement Content of 325 Kg/M3 And Maximum Water Cement Ratio of 0.55, Including Admixture (Plasticiser / Super Plasticiser) In Recommended Proportions As Per Is:9103 to accelerate, Retard Setting of Concrete, Improve Workabilly Without Impairing Strength And Durability With About (5 Cu.In.) 7730 Kg. of 20mm Machine Crushedstone Jelly And With About (3.3 Cum.) 5150 Kg. of 10-12mm Machine Crushed Stone Jelly And With About (4.79 Cu.m.) 7670 Kg. of Crushed Stone Sand (M Sand), But Excluding Cost of Reinforcement Grill And Fabricating Charges, Centering And Shuttering And Also Including Laying, Vibrating With Mechanical Vibrators, Finishing, Curing and including pumping charges Etc. And Providing Fixtures Like Fan Clamps In The Rcc Floor/ Roof Slabs Wherever Necessary Without Claiming Extra, Etc., Complete Complying With Standard Specification And As Directed By The Departmental, Officers. The Coarse And Fine Aggregates To Be Used Should Comply With The Requirements of Is Standards. Brick work with fly ash bricks of size 230mm x110mm x70mm in C.M.1:5 (1 cement and 5 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand)) including curing,etc.,complete for 23cm thick walls upto basement .(upto 1m high above G.L.)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement and 4 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand))12mm thick including curing, etc., complete.

White washing two coats over new plastered surface.

Painting the new plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping,clean removal of dirt,etc.,complete and including necessary plaster paris,putty etc., wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years.

For making and fixing M.S.Sheet Door of required size with two shutter using necessary M.S.Angles 50x50x6mm/40x40x6mm "L" Angles as diagonal Bracings 4Nos. for each shutter and centre Bracings for 1No.for each shutter. M.S.Flats 25x6mm/40 x6 mm and M.S.Sheet 1.25mm thick (18 gauge) and providing hinges welded with M.S.Angles 50x50x6mm bits at three places at equal intervals on both sides, Latches 25cm size length for locking arrangements providing 12mm dia. M.S.Rod running through the hinges on both vertical side for easy swining purpose of doors including one coat of primer, cutting iron members, welding fixing door in position, etc. complete as directed during execution (as per design drawing enclosed).(Materials to be used with relevent ISI STD).

Painting new iron work two coats with ready mixed paint with relevent ISI STD of superior quality and approved colour.

Paving the steps with CEMENT CONCRETE STEP TILES hydraulically pressed Anti skid steps tiles of 20mm thick in C.M.1:3, including pointing with colour cement etc, complet ( I.S.I std)

Supplying and fixing of Frame fabrication with 1"x1" MS square tube with reflective and digital printing on 1mm GI sheets fitted with suitable aluminium beadings on four sides and painted etc., complete as per colour specifications instructed by Corporation officials.

Supplying and erecting in position LIGHT DUTY STEEL TRUSSES as per the drawing. The materials and design of the trusses should confirm to the relevant Indian Standard specification. The trusses shall be procured only from reputed manufactures of trusses with prior approval of the Buildings Engineer and a certificate to the effect from the reputed manufacturers shall also be furnished with design. The rate quoted shall include the cost of trusses. Base-plate with holding down bolts and nuts to RCC or Masonry works, roof purlins, rafters, purlin sleeves, the members fixing accessories etc., painting one coat of red-oxide paint and erecting in position etc., complete as directed during execution. The contractor shall also arrange to provide grouting for holding down bolts embeding the end purlins, to the gable wall wherever necessary etc., The roof sheeting shall project 0.762m from the eves purlins. For structures like CYCLE STAND, PARKING GARAGE, TEMPORARY ENCLOSERS

Roofing with galvanised corrugated iron sheets (thickness of sheet 0.8mm) including 'J'bolts and nuts with bitumen washers,etc.,complete (ISI STD).

Paving the floor with polished Crystal white Granite slab (16 to 18mm thick) in floors in C.M. 1:3, 20mm thick , over existing R.C.C. precast work table, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing partly glazed and partly Nova...c. complete as directed during execution(ISI STD).

Supplying and fixing P.V.C. pipe 110mm dia rain water downfall pipe as per ISI standard (I.S.4985) with door arrangements including P.V.C.Bend, shoes, grating with F.I.clamps 40mmx20mm of suitable size fixed to wooden plugs embedded in walls in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement and 3 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand) ) including cutting holes in walls and making good the same after fixing the plugs etc.complete as directed during the execution.

Supplying and fixing P.V.C. screw down tap of size 20mm dia.
