To engage with one lorry with tanker of 10,000 litres capacity for 7 trips per day collecting the water from , 90/40 KLD / allotted well and sprinkling the water on the roads, dust area and wherever required as directed by the site Engineers. The water shall be given at free of cost by the port. The work will be carried out on all efective working days (including tools, fuels,driver etc.) along with one beldar. Note: Sprinkling arrangement like pipes, necessary holes in between nozzle, distance, properly to be done in tanker/lorry etc. as per directions of Engineers.

GENERAL NOTES: 1.The tenderer is advised to 'inspect the site ' before quating the rates 2..The rate quated accordingly all the clause read by the tenderer should be inclusive of all taxes, levies, duties and other charges excluding GST. 3.The work should be carried out with out any hindrence to the normal working in that area. 4.The work shall be carried out diring rainy days/wet climate condition. 5.The morter pump to be errected at filling point for filling the well water in to tank fitted in lorry by contractor and the lorry should be in good condition. 6.Sprinkling arrangements like pipes, necessaryholes in between nozzle, distance, properly to be done in tanker/lorry etc,as per the site Engineers 7. Copy of RC book, insurance docments of the lorry shall be submitted at the time of taking over the site/commencement of of work . Upon the document required , haaarbour entry pass to be issued 8. Ina trip, if the entire quantity of water is not used porperly for sprinkling on roads, the relevent trip cannaot be considered for payment

9. payment to be made on trip sheet only.(the trip sheet from in tripliicate is to be prepared by the contractor.) 10. The work to be carried out in the siteworking hours waith out affecting regular works. 11. The contrsator should take proper care towards the safety aspectsand to avoid accidents etc. 12. As per direction of the Department Engineers, the watering to be carried out to the roads /polluted area where ever whenever required . 13.The details of road to be sprinkling are shown in the drawing and the shedule to be issued at the time of commencement of the work by the Department site Engineer. 14. If the perfomance of the contractor is not satisfactorily or not up to the expectation of the chief Engineer or his representatives, the contract will be terminated forthwith and the payment, if any ,will be made proportionately for quantity actually executed. 15. The contract period is 365 days. 16. The offer received with in any condition by the tenderer will be summerly rejected. 17.
