4.Chipping thoroughly and removing the existing damaged R.C.C Wall plastered surfaces with cement mortar wherever required without damaging the nearby structures including collecting and depositing the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as specified and as directed at site of work, including all labour, tools, scaffolding, equipment,transport, fuel etc., complete

5.Dismantling and removing the existing wornout/damaged wooden/ Steel/ windows/ ventilators etc., of area 3M2 and below including all accessories such as main frame with shutters and MS hold fast etc., if any, by cutting the masonry/concrete wherever required without damaging the near by structure including transporting and handing over the retrieved serviceable materials to RSD yard within a lead of 2kms including collecting and stacking the debris if any within a lead of 50m for disposal, all as specified and as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, scaffolding, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete.

6.Supplying and fixing of Non Asbestos cement corrugated roofing sheets of 6mm thick with natural grey colour conforming to IS 14871-2000, Type A, Category C, Class 7 for roofing over the existing concrete purlins / rafters and fixing in position with GI L / J hook, bolt & nuts of 8mm dia (galvanised coating of 70 to 80 Microns) with GI plain & EPDM washers etc., including mitering corners and lapping at sides and ends of sheets to suit existing purlin / rafter etc., including inserting the sheet in the wall to required depth wherever required without damaging the existing structure all as per relevant specification and to match with the existing site conditions and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, safety nets etc., complete. Note:(i).The tenderer is advised to inspect the site before quoting the rates. (ii)The length of GI J/L hook shall be such that hooks are bent to cover the depth of the existing Concrete purlins as shown in the drawing. (iii)The top of J/L bolt and nuts shall be sealed with weather proof silicane sealant (Black). iv)The roof sheets shall be lapped with turbo ventilators and sky light roofing sheets properly without any leakage.

7. Supplying and fixing of serrated adjustable Non Asbestos cement corrugated ridges in pairs to suit the Non Asbestos cement corrugated roofing sheets of 6mm thick fixing in proper position with GI J / L Hook, bolts & nuts of 8mm dia (galvanised coating of 70 to 80 Microns) with GI plain & EPDM washers etc., without damaging the nearby roof sheets wherever required all as specified and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, safety nets etc., complete. Note: (i) The length of GI J/L hook shall be such that hooks are bent to cover the depth of the existing Concrete purlins as shown in the drawing. (ii)The top of J/L bolt and nuts shall be sealed with weather proof silicane sealant (Black).

8.Supplying and fixing of 2mm thick embossed clear profiled polycarbonate sky light roofing sheets, thermoformed with both side UV coating (30 to 40microns) of approved make of SABIC Lexan or any other equivalent make to match with Non-Asbestos cement corrugated roofing sheet and fixed with 8mm dia Galvanised iron "J" or "L" hook, bolts & nuts with GI plain & EPDM washers etc., mitering corners and lapping at sides and ends of sheets to suit existing purlin / rafter etc., all as per relevant specification and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, safety nets etc., complete. (i) The length of GI J/L hook shall be such that hooks are bent to cover the depth of the existing Concrete purlins as shown in the drawing. (ii)The top of J/L bolt and nuts shall be sealed with weather proof silicane sealant (Black). iii) The skylight roof sheets shall be water tight and structurally sound inserted with adjacent roof sheets properly.

9.Supplying and fixing of 24" dia Turbo Air Ventilator with 46 Nos. of Aluminium blades 0.5mm thick with Aluminium base of size 1mx1.83m and 1mm thick fixed on the top of roof with all accessories as per manufacturer's specification and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, safety nets etc., complete.

10. Providing and fixing pre fabricated colour coated Galvalume metal sheet of 0.47mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) as available in the market for making Eaves Gutter to the required size and fixed in position over the MS bracket made up of 50X8mm MS flat with suitable necessary fasteners such as bolts, nuts and other accessories all as per site condition and as directed at site of work including all materials,labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, safety nets, scaffolding etc., complete.

11.Casting and fixing RCC louvered jally 80mm thick in Cement concrete1:1:2 (1Cement: 1crushed stone sand: 2 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 12mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions of approved pattern and design including finishing all the surfaces with neat cement punning including formwork, mixing, transporting, placing, curing, stacking, etc., all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site of work, including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, scaffolding, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, etc., complete. Note:Supplying and fabrication of steel reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under the relevant item in the BOQ

12.Providing Brick Work using bricks of class designation 50 in Cement Mortar1:5 (1 cement : 5 crushed stone sand) for walls wherever required, all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site of work, including scaffolding, curing, all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets etc., complete. 12(a).Ground floor level

13.Preparing the surfaces of wall and providing plastering in cement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3 fine crushed stone sand) 20mm thick to the required finish, curing etc., wherever required all as per relevant specification and as directed at site of work, including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, scaffolding, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, safety nets, etc., complete.

14. .Preparing the surfaces of wall and providing plastering in cement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3 fine crushed stone sand) 12mm thick to the required finish, curing etc., wherever required all as per relevant specification and as directed at site of work, including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, scaffolding, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, safety nets, etc., complete.

15. Supplying and Filling Quarry dust for flooring wherever required in layers not exceeding 150mm depth and consolidating by watering and ramming etc; all as per relevent specification and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, equipment, etc. complete.

16. Providing and laying plain cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 Crushed stone sand: 8 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions for levelling course for flooring and wherever required all as per relevant specification and as directed at site of work including mixing, transporting, placing, ramming, consolidating, curing, shuttering, all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc. complete.

17.Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of mix 1:1½:3 (1Cement: 1½ crushed stone sand : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions for flooring concrete and wherever required all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site of work including shuttering, mixing, transporting, placing, compacting, finishing, curing, all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel etc., complete.

18.Providing and laying Grano flooring concrete in plain cement concrete of mix 1:1½:3 (1Cement: 1½ crushed stone sand : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) to the levels and falls to a finished consolidated thickness of 50mm or as directed over a fresh layer of flooring concrete and finishing with the neat cement punning (2.2 kg/m2) including mixing, transporting, placing, curing, etc., all as per relevant, specifications, and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, plants, equipment, fuel, thread lines of panel size of 2m x 2m etc., complete.

19.Supplying, fabricating and placing in position HYSD (Fe 415/500 grade) TMT steel bars as reinforcement for RCC louvered jally and wherever required, including handling, cutting, bending and tying with 1.25mm dia black annealed steel binding wire including placing, all as per relevant specification, drawings and as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note:1.The rate shall be inclusive of cost of reinforcement steel, binding wire and fabrication charges etc., complete. Binding wire will not be measured for payment purpose. 2.The contractor will be allowed to use Fe500 Grade TMT steel bar without claiming any extra cost.

20. Supplying and laying bitumen sealing compound of grade 'A' conforming to IS 1834 – 1984 (or its latest edition) for wall expansion joints, including painting the edges of the joint with an approved primer all as specified and as directed at site of work. including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, fuel, scaffolding etc., complete.

21.Supplying and fixing Gear type operated (Mechanical type) Mild steel Rolling Shutter with crank handle including necessary locking arrangements of approved make to suit the opening of various size as available at site of work and the guide deep channels made out of rolled M.S Section of size 25mm wide 75mm depth and 3.15mm thick of sheet with necessary holding clamps for fixing to the masonry or concrete jambs and lock plate made out of 3.15mm thick M.S.plate reinforced with M.S. angle of 35mm X 35mm X5mm with two sliding locks at either end operatable from both sides with minimum of two handles and riveted to the last stride of the curtain and the curtain shall be with 1.20mm thickness lath sections and ends clipped with 2 rivets and with 75mm rolling centers or as specified and the roller shall also be strengthened with cage type roller and ball bearings. The roller shall be made of steel pipe conforming to heavy duty of IS 1161 fitted with a pinion wheel at one end which is in contact with a worm fitted to the bracket plate. The machine cut gears, worms shall be connected with 25mm thick gear rod and the shutter will be operated through a gear handle and a sturdy gear box and the hood cover made out of 1.20mm thick M.S.sheet bend in the form of hexogen or square fitting the contact of the bracket plate and screwed to the holding with welded in the bracket plate the edges will be reinforced with 25mm X 25mm X 3mm angle / collapsible gate channel including making good the disturbed portion all in sound working conditions and as directed at site of work including applying one coat of red oxide primer including all labour, materials, scaffolding, welding, tools, equipments, transport fuel etc., complete. Note: For recording measurements the width shall be measured as the outer distance between the backs of the two guide channels of the rolling shutter and the height shall be distance between the sill and the centre of the hood cover.

22. Providing and fixing of rigid unplasticized PVC pipes of 110mm outer dia (Finolex or Trubore or Varun or Supreme) 4kgf/sq.cm. for Rain water down take lines including necessary specials like bends, tees, elbows, shoes etc., joining the pipes to the Galvaume sheet gutters using necessary adhesives and sealants to ensure leak free joints, and fixing with PVC clamps and making connections to, existing drain etc., and making good the disturbed portions all as per relevant specification and as directed at site including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, scaffolding, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, safety nets etc., complete.

23. Removing the existing pealed off surfaces of white / colour wash(Through scraping of wall) etc., to receive new finish including preparing the wall surfaces for applying colour wash to give an even shade all as directed at site of work including all labour, scaffolding, tools, equipments, wire brushes, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, etc. complete.

24.a).Preparing the surfaces of interior and exterior wall and applying two coats of colour wash over a coat of white wash using lovely cem or equivalent of approved brand to give an even shade all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site of work including binding materials, all labour, materials, tools, tackles, equipments, brushes, scaffolding, safety ladder , safety belts, safety helmets, etc., complete.

24. b). Preparing the surfaces of interior and exterior wall and applying two coats of colour wash using lovely cem or equivalent of approved brand to give an even shade all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site of work including binding materials, all labour, materials, tools, tackles, equipments, brushes, scaffolding, safety ladder , safety belts, safety helmets, etc., complete.

25. Preparing the surfaces of new Steel members (doors / rolling shutters etc.,) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Asian / Berger / Dulux or equivalent) of approved colour to give an even shade and finish all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, equipments, brushes, scaffolding, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, etc., complete. NOTE:1. Necessary painting co-efficient shall be allowed as per Ch.P.A. engineering manual. 2.The above quantity is inclusive of painting co-efficient

26. Preparing the surfaces of new Steel members such as wind ties and MS brackets for holding gutters etc. and applying with two coats of Epoxy paint (Asian / Berger / Dulux or equivalent) of approved colour over a coat of Zinc chromate metal primer (Asian / Berger / Dulux or equivalent) of approved colour to give an even shade and finish all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, equipments, brushes, scaffolding, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, etc., complete. NOTE:1. Necessary painting co-efficient shall be allowed as per Ch.P.A. engineering manual. 2.The above quantity is inclusive of painting co-efficient

27.Desilting the existing storm water drains along the warehouses and as directed at site of work, including depositing the desilted/excavated materials within a lead of 50m for disposal including all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, fuel, transport etc., complete.

28.Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of M.S flat 50mmx8mm or nearest size for providing Brackets at 1m C/C to hold eaves gutter made up of galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick to collect the rain water from the roof including fixing the brackets to the existing purlins using S.S.Bolt, nuts and clamps and after applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of zinc chromate metal primer, all as per drawing and as directed at site of work, including all labour, material, scaffolding, transporting, tools, welding plants, gas cutting plants, equipments, fuel, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, safety nets etc., complete. Note: Painting the surfaces of MS Brackets (MS flat 50x8mm) and Providing gutter using galvalume sheet 0.47mm thick will be measured and paid separately under relevant item in the BoQ

29. Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of M.S Flat 50mmx8mm or nearest size for providing Wind ties over the roof of the sheds, fixing with GI L/J hook, bolt & nuts of 8mm dia (galvanised coating of 70 to 80 Microns) with GI plain & EPDM washers etc., after applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of zinc chromate metal primer, all as directed at site of work, including all labour, materials, scaffolding, transporting, tools, welding plants, gas cutting plants, equipments, fuel, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, safety nets etc., complete. Note: Painting the surfaces of wind ties (MS flat 50x8mm) will be measured and paid separately under relevant item in the BOQ.

30.Loading, transporting and levelling the surplus earth and debris within a lead of 1Km all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, equipments,transport, fuel, etc., complete. 30.a).Surplus Earth Note: 1. The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in ChPA’s approved format at his own cost for the quantity of earth transported. 2. Payment will be based on the lorry cubical contents. However, the final quantity will be restricted for item no 27 of BoQ 3.20% voids shall be deducted for earth.

30.b).Debris Note: 1. The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in Port’s approved format at his own cost for the quantity of debris transported. 2. Payment will be based on the lorry cubical content. No deduction for voids will be made.
