4.Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1:4:8 in volumetric proportion (1 Cement: 4 Crushed stone sand: 8 Hard granite graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size) for levelling course in foundation and wherever required, including necessary form work, shuttering, strutting, mixing, transporting, placing, consolidating, curing etc., including all as directed at site of work, including all labour, cement, materials, equipments, tools, plants, fuel, equipments etc., complete.

5.Providing and laying plain cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 in volumetric proportions (1 cement : 1.5 c.s.sand : 3 stone aggregate (hard granite) 40mm size graded down to 20mm size) for fixing of pedestal of vertical pipes, angle fixing over the compound wall and wherever required, including necessary form work, shuttering, strutting, mixing, transporting, placing, consolidating, curing etc., including all as directed at site of work, including all labour, cement, materials, equipments, tools, plants, fuel, equipments etc., complete.

6.Supply, fabrication and erection of new Structural steel members for Roof Trusses, purlins, rafters etc. for roofing system / wall cladding and fixing of roof trusses in proper position in the vertical supports of 100mm dia MS pipe with MS Hollow section of size 60x40x3.2mm as purlins and MS Hollow section of size 80x40x3mm as rafters or nearest available section and vertical supports of 100mm dia MS pipe for herbal garden fencing boundary , horizontal bracings 32mm dia with necessary Gusset Plates, base plates, bolts and nuts including all accessories / consumables for proper completion of the work, all as per drawings, relevant specifications and as directed at site of work, including one coat of steel primer of approved quality ,providing scaffolding, safety helmets, safety belts, all eqiupment such as welding plants and materials, labour, tools , transport , fuel , etc., complete.

7.Providing and fixing Galvalume Colour corrugated Sheet 0.47mm thickness for Roof portion to the required size and fixing in proper position with necessary Bolts and nuts, screws and all accessories, all as per, relevant specifications and as directed at site of work ,including providing scaffolding, all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport , fuel, safety helmets, safety belts, etc., complete.

8.Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of wicket Gate of size 1200x1500mm (approx.) gate is made up of 16mm M.S.square rod and MS flat of size 40x8mm with box frame with available size necessary fittings with suitable screws /clamps / pintel arrangement / hinges / hooks etc., and Supplying, fabricating, welding and erecting in position of MS angle for 75mmx75mmx10mm fixing over the compound wall including one coat of primer of approved quality all as directed at site of work including welding plants etc., all labour, materials. tools, equipments, scaffolding transport, fuel etc. complete. Note: 1.While fabricating the structural member necessary holes and hooks shall be provided at no extra cost for fixing the concertina Razer type fencing. 2. In case specfied MS section is not avaliable in the market the nearest size section may be used after approval. 3. The weighment of the M.S. angle will be done at size in presence of trust engineers and cost will be borne by the contractor.

9.Providing Brick Work with common burnt clay non modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in CM 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 crushed stone sand ) for kerb wall and wherever required all as per relevant specification and as directed at site of work including cement, labour, materials, tools, curing equipment, scaffolding, etc. complete.

10.Providing Half Brick work in CM 1:4 (One cement: 4 Crushed stone sand) with common burnt clay non modular bricks of class designation 7.5 for wherever required all as per relevant specification and as directed at site of work including cement, labour, materials, tools, curing equipment, scaffolding, etc. complete.

11.Plastering the wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 crushed stone sand), 12mm thick and wherever required to the required finish, curing all as per relevant specification and as directed at site, including all materials, cement, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, etc., complete.

12.Preparing the surfaces of new steel members and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Asian / Berger / Dulux or equivalent) of approved quality to give an even shade all as directed including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, brushes, tools, equipments, etc., complete. NOTE: 1.Necessary painting co-efficient shall be allowed as per Ch.P.T. engineering manual. 2. The above quantity is inclusive of painting co-efficient.

13.Preparing the existing/ new wall surfaces and wherever required and applying two coats of Acrylic smooth exterior paint over one coat of water thinnable cement primer on wall surfaces having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved colour and shade to give an even shade, finish all as per specification and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, scaffolding, brushes, tools, tackles, equipments, etc., complete.

14.Providing and fixing GI Razor tape concertina coil fencing of 1050 mm dia at 100mm c/c of spring steel core 2.5mm thick wire with high tensile strength of 165 Kg / sq.mm and fixing the same in the MS angle provided over the compound wall with 4 horizontal rows of Stainless steel stay wire of 2.50mm dia and tied with Stainless steel binding wire of 1mm dia to retain horizontal including necessary accessories such as "C" clips, cotter pins etc., all as per relevent, specfication and as diected at site of work including all labour, materials, scaffolding, tack welding the cotter pin, tools, tackles, equipments, fuel, etc., complete. Note: Payment will be made based on the running meter length of compound wall over which the fencing is fixed.

15.Providing and fixing Chain link fabric fencing mesh of size 50x50 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm, PVC coated to outer dia 5 mm of required colour and shade including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the relevant specification and as as directed at site including required tying material, tools labour transport etc., complete.

16.Providing and fixing good quality white vitreous flat back wash hand basin 550mm x 400mm size or nearest size as available in the market (Kings mere basin of Parryware or Hindware) and wherever required with a single 15mm c.p. brass pillar tap, c.p.brass chain with rubber plug, c.p. waste fitting, 32mm dia c.p. brass union, 15mm dia PVC inlet connection, 32mm dia PVC waste pipe fittings, a pair of cast iron brackets suitable for fixing the wash hand basin as available in the market, including painting the brackets, etc. with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer, fixing the brackets with teakwood plug and making good the disturbed portion, etc., all as directed at site including all materials labour, tools, equipment etc., complete.

Supplying of carpenter class I and carpenter class II coolie in general shift for removing the door and window shutter and alter / repairing the doors and windows in suitable fixing condition with relevant fixtures such as screws, nails, fevicol, beadings, etc, Supplying of Coolie in general shift for assist the carpenter and other allotted work as directed at site including , tools plants, equipment, fuel etc., complete. 17a.Carpenter Class-I

Loading, transporting and levelling the surplus earth and debris in the low lying areas any where in T.H. colony with a lead of 3 Kms all as per relevant specifications and as directed including all labour, transport, tools, equipment, fuel, etc., complete. 18a. surplus Earth Note: 1. The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in Port’s approved format at his own cost for the quantity of earth transported. 2. Payment will be based on the lorry cubical contents after deduction of 20% for voids. However, the final quantity will be restricted to actual earth work quantity.

18b.Debris Note: 1. The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in Port’s approved format at his own cost for the quantity of debris transported. 2.Payment will be based on the lorry cubical content. No deduction for voids will be made.
