(A) 5 Nos. Marine Loading Arms at BD - I Charges for scaffolding, chipping, cleaning of entire surface of Marine Loading Arms, Metal putty to be applied in deeply corroded area to bring it to its original shape and applying one coat of Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer to a thickness of not less than 40 microns and applying two coats of Epoxy Grey Colour finish paint to a thickness of not less than 60 microns on each coat including cost of paints and thinner as detailed in Schedule - A.

(B) Marine Loading Arm Platform Support Structure including control cabin platform and its Structure at BD - I. Charges for scaffolding, chipping, cleaning of entire surface of platform support structure including control cabin platform and its structure and applying one coat of Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer to a thickness of not less than 40 microns and applying two coats of Epoxy Coal Tar Black Paint to a thickness of not less than 60 microns on each coat including cost of paints and thinner as detailed in Schedule - A.

( C ) 6 Nos. of Marine Loading Arms at BD - III Charges for scaffolding, chipping and cleaning the entire surface of corroded portion of 6 Nos. Marine Loading Arms, Metal putty to be applied in deeply corroded area to bring it to its original shape and to apply one coat of Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer to a thickness of not less than 40 microns for entire portion of Marine Loading Arms including ladder, platforms, pendent box and junction box, etc., and apply two coats of Epoxy paints to a thickness of not less than 60 micrones on each coat with 24 hrs. intervals in between two coats. i) Coal tar black for Marine Loading Arms - 588 Sq.Mtrs. ii) Light Grey colour for all Hydraulic Cylinders in MLA's - 5 Sq.Mtrs. iii) Aluminium paint for ladder, platforms, pendent box, and junction boxes - 52 Sq.Mtrs. including cost of paints and thinner as detailed in Schedule - A.
