5. Providing Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement : 4 crushed stone sand) for foundation and wherever required all as as per relevant specication and as directed at site including all materials, cement, labour, curing, tools, scaffolding, equipments, transport, fuel ,etc., complete

6. Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 crushed stone sand : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions for Plinth beam, all as per relevant specifications and as directed including shuttering, mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, curing etc.,including all materials, labour, strutting, tools, plants, equipments, machinery, fuel, etc., complete. Note: Steel reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately under relevant item.

7. Supplying and filling with crushed stone sand for bedding to a required depth in basement and whereever required including ramming, watering consolidation all as per relevant specification and as directed at site including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, fuel etc., complete

8. Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 crushed stone.sand : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions for RCC lintel all as per relevant specifications including scaffolding, centering, shuttering, mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, curing all as directed at site of work including cement, all labour, materials, equipments, tools, plants, fuel, etc., complete. Note: Supplying and fabrication of steel reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under the relevant item.

10. Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 crushed stone.sand : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions for R.C.C sunshades all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site of work including scaffolding, centering and shuttering, mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, curing including all labour, materials, Cement, equipments, tools, plants, fuel, etc., complete. Note: Supplying and fabrication of steel reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under the relevant item.

11. Providing Reinforced cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5crushed stone.sand : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions for R.C.C roof beam all as per relevant specifications, and as directed at site of work including scaffolding, centering and shuttering, mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, curing, including all labour, materials, Cement, equipments, tools, plants, fuel, etc., complete. Note: Supplying and fabrication of steel reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under the relevant item.

12.Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 crushed stone.sand : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions for R.C.C roof slab all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site of work including scaffolding, shuttering, centering, mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, curing, including all labour, materials, Cement, equipments, tools, plants, fuel, etc., complete. Note: Supplying and fabrication of steel reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under the relevant item.

13. Re-filling with available excavated earth (excluding boulders, rubbish, debris etc.,) in sides of foundation and wherever required in layers not exceeding 200mm in depth all as per relevant specification and as directed at site including consolidating the deposited earth in layer by ramming and watering including all labour,tools, equipments, etc., complete.

14.Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 in volumetric proportion (1 Cement: 2 CS sand: 4 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20 mm graded down to 12mm size) for Grano flooring with 40mm thick for floor area concrete and wherever required, including necessary form work, shuttering, strutting, mixing, transporting, placing, consolidating, curing etc., including all as directed at site of work, including all labour, cement, materials, equipments, tools, plants, fuel, scaffolding, equipments etc., complete.

15.Preparing the surfaces of ceiling and plastering in CM 1:3, (1 cement : 3 C.S. sand) 6 to 10 mm thick to the required finish wherever required , curing all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site including all materials, cement, labour, tools, equipment, scaffolding, fuel etc., complete.

16). Providing and fixing in position First Class country wood (SAL/ PADAUK )wrought main frames of finished size 95mm x 58mm for doors with necessary M.S. hold fasts(40x5mm) 400mm (overall length) long / clamps fixed suitably to the masonry / concrete including cutting pockets and grouting with P.C.C.1:3:6 ( 1 Cement : 3 Crushed stone sand : 6 graded down stone aggregate of 20mm down size) etc,. and applying two coats of oil type wood preservatives of approved brand and manufacture all as directed at site of work including all labour,materials, tools, equipments, etc., complete.

17). Providing and fixing second class teak wood 35mm thick panelled shutters frame for doors and fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, including panelling 16mm tk with single leaves / double leaves all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge / as per chennai port civil engineering manual and drawing (amended )including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, etc., complete. Note:- Butt hinges with necessary screws shall be paid separately.

18. Providing UPVC Sliding window with frame in panels of not more than 3'0"x 3'0" UPVC section provide with outer frame with 60mmx58mm in size or nearest suitable size along with mullion 72mmx60mm in size or nearest suitable size and also glazing bead with 18mmx53mm in size or nearest suitable size covered with rubber gaskets, toughened glass of 8mm thick of approved quality, shall be provided as required, reinforcement steel of 1.5mm thickness will be used inside the outer fixed frame for additional support and also 8x80 fastner screws shall be used for all the four sides and necessary water proof silicon sealant shall be applied to prevent water entry all the four sides both inner and outer including 11/2" x 11/2" SS Tube (304 grade) will be fixed for supporting UPVC frames each side 3nos including all labour, materials, transport, fuel, tools equipments, etc., complete.

19.Supplying, fabricating and placing in position HYSD (Fe 415/500 grade) TMT steel bars as reinforcement for all RCC works wherever required, including handling, cutting, bending and tying with 1.25mm dia black annealed steel binding wire including placing, all as per relevant specification, drawings and as directed, including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note:1.The rate shall be inclusive of cost of reinforcement steel, binding wire and fabrication charges etc., complete. Binding wire will not be measured for payment purpose. 2.The contractor will be allowed to use Fe500 Grade TMT steel bar without claiming any extra cost.9

20. Preparing the surfaces of walls and plastering in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 crushed stone sand), 12mm thick to the required finish all as directed at site of work, including cement and other materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, curing etc., complete.

21. Supplying , fabricating and fixing M.S Grills for windows / openings or as directed at site using suitable MS Flats of size 25x6mm using as verticles, horizontals and diagonal members including neccessary M.S. fittings, scaffolding all as directed at site of work, including all materials (including cement) , labour, tools, transport , fuel , etc., complete.

22. Preparing the surface of interior walls and applying with Two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade including one coat of primer (Asian/Berger or equivalent) on new walls wherever necessary all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, scaffolding, equipments, etc., complete.

23. Preparing the surface of exterior walls and painting with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade including one coat of primer (Asian/Berger or equivalent) on old/ new walls wherever necessary all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, scaffolding, equipments, etc., complete.

24. Preparing the surfaces of new wooden members and applying with two or more coats over an under coat of suitable primer shade of synthetic enamel paint (Asian / Berger / Dulux or equivalent) of approved colour to give an even shade and finish all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, equipments, brushes, scaffolding etc., complete. NOTE:1. Necessary painting co-efficient shall be allowed as per Ch.P.A. engineering manual. 2.The above quantity is inclusive of painting co-efficient

25. Preparing the surfaces of Ceiling and applying two coats of hite washing using Lovelycem or equivalent to give an even shade all as directed at site of work wherever required including all labour, scaffolding, materials, tools, tackles,equipments, brushes, etc. complete.

26. Providing and fixing Anodized aluminium fittings to the door etc., with necessary screws all as directed at site including all materials, labour, tools, screws, equipments etc., complete. 26. a).Aldrop 250 mm long

27.
