4(a). Supplying and applying RR (Rust Remover) and applying two coats of anti corrosive protective coat (Reebaklens RR (Rust Remover) or equivalent )(Nitozinc primer (anti corrosive primer) of Fosroc or equivalant)with brush for complete wetting of rusted materials/steel surface and preparing the surface free from all dust particles and loose materials by using wire brush for application of two coats of anti corresive protective coat of approved quality all as per manufacture specification and as directed at site of work.The rate shall include cost of materials,labour,brushes,tools plant equipment,transport,fuel etc complete. NOTE;The payment will be made only for actual surface area of reinforcement bars on which protective coating is applied.

4(b). Applying epoxy resin bonding agent (Nito bond EPL of Fosroc or its equivalent) ( 2.20 Sq.m/Kg coverage)at the top of existing concrete surface using short haired brush and applied on the old concrete surface to receive new finish/concrete/plastering all as per manufacture specification and as directed at site of work.The rate shall include preparing the substrate,mixing the compound,applying,cost of materials,labour,brushes,tools, plant equipments, transport,fuel etc complete. NOTE;The new concrete/plastering shall be placed to the coated substrate,when it is in a tacky state.

4 (c ). Preparing the damaged surfaces of RCC Structures to receive new finish/micro concrete and supplying, mixing, pouring/ pumping of anti washout non shrink cementitious micro concrete using (RENDEROC RG(M) of FOSROC or equivalent) 1:0.75 ratio (1 Renderoc Rg: 0.75 10mm dia chips) for the structural members of repair the damaged portions of columns, beams, Landing / waist slab and wherever required mixed with 10mm to 6mm graded cleaned washed and saturated surface dry aggregates mixing the compound with the aggregates for repairing the structures all as per manufacturer's specifications or as directed. The rate includes conveying pouring the micro -concrete using positive displacement pumps, or any other suitable method including providing leak proof shuttering, materials, equipments, intercarting, drilling holes in cutting building concrete portion, mixing, placing, curing and all as directed at site of work including all materials, cement, labour, tools, tackles, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete .

5). Preparing the surfaces of wall and providing plastering in CM 1:4 ( 1 one cement: 4 crushed stone sand) 12mm to 20mm thick thick wherever necessary all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, etc., complete.

6). Preparing the surfaces of ceiling and providing plastering in CM 1:3 (1 one cement: 3 crushed stone sand) 12mm thick wherever necessary all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, scaffolding, equipments, etc., complete.

7). Providing and fixing in position First Class country wood (SAL/ PADAUK )wrought main frames of finished size 95mm x 58mm for doors with necessary M.S. hold fasts(40x5mm) 400mm (overall length) long / clamps fixed suitably to the masonry / concrete including cutting pockets and grouting with P.C.C.1:3:6 ( 1 Cement : 3 Crushed stone sand : 6 graded down stone aggregate of 20mm down size) etc,. and applying two coats of oil type wood preservatives of approved brand and manufacture all as directed at site of work including all labour,materials, tools, equipments, etc., complete.

8). Providing and fixing second class teak wood 35mm thick panelled shutters frame for doors, windows and fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, including panelling 16mm tk with single leaves / double leaves all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge / as per chennai port civil engineering manual and drawing (amended )including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, etc., complete. Note:- Butt hinges with necessary screws shall be paid separately.

9. Removing the existing pealed off surfaces of white / colour wash etc., including preparing the wall surfaces to receive new finish to give an even shade all as directed at site of work including all labour, scaffolding, materials, tools, equipments, wire brushes, sand paper etc. complete

10. Preparing the surface of Exterior and interior walls and applying Two coats of Acrylic co-polymer emulsion with over a one coat of primer (Asian/Berger or equivalent) on old/ new walls wherever necessary all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, scaffolding, equipments, etc., complete.

11. Preparing the surface of existing ceiling and applying two coats of white wash using lime/ lovelycem and wherever necessary all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, scaffolding, equipments, etc., complete.

12. Preparing the surface of Old / new wooden member and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Asian/Berger or equivalent) wherever necessary all as directed at site of work including all labour,materials,putty, tools, scaffolding, equipments, etc., complete.

13. Preparing the surfaces of old external surfaces of OHT, Staircase and applying two coats of Epoxy paint (Asain/Berger/Dulux or equivalent ) of approved colour over a coat of Epoxy primer to give an even shade and finish all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, equipments, brushes, scaffolding, safety belts, safety helmets, etc., complete. NOTE: 1. Necessary painting co-efficient shall be allowed as per Ch.P.A. engineering manual. 2. The above quantity is inclusive of painting co-efficient.

14. Providing and laying Anti skid ceramic tiles ( Kagaria / johnson / nitco or equivalent) of size 300mm x 300mm and 7 mm nominal thickness or as available in market, in flooring of approved pattern, shade and colour set in CM 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Crushed stone sand) 20 mm thick to the required finish and fixed with cement slurry and joints neatly pointed with white cement added with pigment to match the colour of tiles all as per relevant specification and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, curing , tools, equipments, etc., complete.

15. Providind and fixing M.S.platform landing steps,Hand rails and required shapes including one coat of primer all as directed at site of work and including welding plants etc.,all labour, materials. tools, equipments, transport, fuel etc. complete.

16. Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete all as directed at site of work including all labour,materials, tools, equipments, etc., complete. 16(a).
