Providing centering and shuttering for RCC Columns below ground level including strutting, propping, etc., and removal of shuttering, all as per relevant specifications & drawings and as directed including necessary transporting, placing, etc., including all materials, labour, tools, plants, equipments, fuel, etc., complete.

6). Providing and laying M25 Grade of concrete for RCC Raft Foundation in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; Note: 1.Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement 2. Steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. 3.The cost of centering, shuttering and plastering if any will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

15). Supplying, fabricating and placing in position HYSD Fe 500 grade TMT steel bars as reinforcement for all RCC works wherever required, including handling, cutting, bending and tying with 1.25mm dia black annealed steel binding wire including placing, all as per relevant specification, drawings and as directed, including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note:The rate shall be inclusive of cost of reinforcement steel, binding wire and fabrication charges etc., complete. Binding wire will not be measured for payment purpose.

16). Preparing the surfaces of RCC Columns, Beams and wherever required, plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand) 6-10 mm thick to the required finish, curing etc., all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials including cement, tools, equipments, scaffolding,fuel, etc. complete.

17). Preparing the surfaces of walls and wherever required, plastering in cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 fine sand) 12 mm thick to the required finish curing etc., all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials including cement, tools, equipments, scaffolding,fuel, etc. complete.

18). Providing and laying first quality pre-polished granite slab of 18mm thick of required size, approved colour and shade for flooring including laying over a bedding mortar of C.M. 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) of 20mm (average) thick including fixing the granite slab with neat cement slurry to the correct alignment and levels, pointing the joints with white cement added with pigments to match the colour of the granite slab, including providing nosing on edges, steps, curing etc., all as directed including cement and all other materials, labour, tools, equipments, fuel, etc., complete.

19). Preparing the surfaces and providing granite wall cladding with first quality prepolished 18mm thick granite slabs as available in the market, setting in cement mortar of C.M. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) 12mm thick with neat cement slurry to the correct alignment, pointing the joints with white cement added with pigments to match the colour of granite slab, including providing nosing on edges, curing, etc., all as directed including cement and all other materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, fuel, etc., complete.

20). Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth covering undulations, all as directed including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, brushes, scaffolding, fuel, etc., complete.

21). Preparing the Old /New outer wall surfaces and applying two coats of weather shield max paint (ICI Dulux brand or equivalent) over one coat of primer of superior approved quality and shade to give an even shade including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, brushes, tools, equipments, fuel, etc., complete.

22). Preparing the surfaces of steel members and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer (ICI paints / Asian paints / Berger paints / Nerolac paints) of approved colour and shade to give an even shade all as directed including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, brushes, tools, equipments, fuel, etc., complete. Note: 1.The necessary painting co-efficent shall be allowed as per Ch.P.A Engineering manual. 2.The above quantities is inclusive of painting co-efficent.

23). Engaging of Mobile crane 10 Tonne Capacity on hire basis for lifting transporting for placing the Anchor in position etc., all as directed at site including operators, diesel, frieght charges, fuel, materials, etc., complete.

24). Loading, transporting, the surplus earth/Debris from the site of work and taking away from the port premises as directed including all labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel etc. complete. 24. a). Surplus earth
