3. Providing proper scaffolding arrangement to hold the 100mm/110mm dia PVC pipe and to access microconcrete from the ground level to sea bed and providing Renderoc UW mixed with 12mm grade aggregates in the ratio of 1:1 with the suggested water cement ratio as per manufacture's specifications using mixture machine gradually and pour it into the 100mm/110mm dia pipe to fill the existing cavities under the cassions including cost of all materials, labour, divers, diving tools, equipments, tools and tackles, hire charges for mixure mechine, transport, fuel, etc., complete. 4. Extraction of cores at the top of the caisson to facilitate the removal of the caisson top slab followed by diamond wire saw cutting at required locations to segmentize the pieces as per requirement. The pieces shall be segmented for a maximum weight of 25 Ton only. Upon necessary removal of the top slab, the filling sand in the caisson shall be removed with an excavator/sand pump with necessary arrangement which shall facilitate the removal of the caisson front wall as per the requirement. Necessary arrangement to place and position the excavator inside shall be done with the help of the crane and supplementary arrangements. Upon complete removal of the steel liner, the holes shall be drilled using underwater drilling machine at necessary locations based on site condition. The holes shall be looped with diamond wires to start the cutting with the help of the divers while the pieces anchored and held in position by the crane. The cutting shall be done in to required pieces based on the size and proportioning to be held by the crane not exceeding maximum weight of 25 Ton. The total height is roughly around 14m completely underwater. The approx. quantity of cutting shall be 210 Cu.m for the top slab and the front wall (which is projected ). During the process, necessary safety shall be taken care and no debris shall be left behind on the bed or shall fall in to the ocean. Sufficient care and safety shall be taken while cutting. The dismantled debris shall be transported within the port and placed in places where required and shall not be broken down, all including labour, equipment, tools, divers, under water cutting, transport, fuel etc. complete.

Dismantling and removing the protruded caisson of JD western entrance wall to the required size, height and level above and below water by mechanical / wire cutting method as directed by the department by cutting and removing the concrete/top slab of caisson for removing the sand hearting/ slush, existing inside the caisson using excavators with necessary arrangements without damaging the adjacent caisson structures, to facilitate removal of damaged/leaned caisson front wall as per requirements including cutting and removing the liners, hire charges for under water welding & drilling equipment, loading, transporting and unloading the debris in Port premises within a lead of 2 Km including all labour, tools, equipment, divers, diving equipment, machineries/ equipment, transport, fuel etc., complete.
Note: 1. ChPA will supply crane of suitable capacity with operator and fuel as and when required for cutting, removing, lifting and placing the broken concrete blocks at free of cost.
2. The requirement of crane shall be informed by the contractor at least a day in advance. 3. Cost for providing necessary supplementary arrangements to place the excavator shall be borne by the contractor.
4. The contractor shall make necessary Safety arrangements while carrying out the work and sand /debris shall not to be let out on the sea bed / channel. 5. The volume of sand removed will not be paid for and it is deemed to have been included in the item rate.
