1. Operating & Maintaining the existing 3 Nos of Continuous Continuous online Ambient Air Quality Monitoring stations including Centralised data logger / monitoring system / station, 4 Nos. LED display Boards, Centerlized server , connectivity from local station to central data logger, from central logger to LED display unit and to Air Care centre of TNPCB / CPCB and ChPT website, submitting periodical reports including monitoring, all the operational softwares required, all as specified and as directed cost of replacement of accessories, spares, consumables, all labour, tools, transport, fuel,cables, materials, insurence expiry equipments, taxes, duties, levies for a period of 5 years after the warranty period for the existing systems, equipments, including systems, Daily/monthly reports, including maintaining of all the computer systems, UPs, Air conditioning units, Fans, Lights, LED Display units, cables intalled in the CAAQMS belongs to ChPA, ....etc. complete. Note: 1) The electricity required for the work will be supplied free of cost by the Trust. 2) Laying of cables, panel, will be arranged by contractor's own cost. 3) Free Entry permit will be arranged by the contractor for their employees. 4) All CAAQMS stations will be manitored continously 24hrs including link with Air Care Centre of TNPCB / CPCB for all the days of contract period. 5) Replacement of accessories, consumaples, equipments only on prior approval of M&EE Department without disturbing the monitoring activities. 1(a) For First year
