4. Dismantling the existing B.G.Track with Rails, RCC/PSC Sleepers, including conveying and stacking the removed materials in the nearest location as directed at site of work including removing all fittings and fixtures and handing over the serviceable materials to Department Stores and unserviceable materials to Department store/ RSO yard within a lead of 3 Km including all labour, tools, equipments, plants, transport, fuel, etc., complete.

5. Dismantling the existing B.G.Points & crossing 1 in 8.50/1 in 7.18/1 in 6 and removing the stock rail, tongue rail, lead rails, crossing set, point box and its accessories, running rails and guard rails, RCC / PSC Sleepers plates, fixtures etc., as existing at site of work and as directed conveying all the said rails, RCC / PCC sleepers, fixtures etc., from the site of work to stock yard / RSO yard within a lead of 3Km all as directed including cutting the rails and bolts & Nuts, levelling the existing ballast after removal of sleeper including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete.

6. Removing the existing ballast mixed with coal, dolamite, earth, small plants & weeds if any etc., from the existing dismantled railway track up torequired level all as directed at site including stacking the same within a lead of 50m, transporting and handing over to the nearby department stores within a lead of 1km including all labour, tools, equipments, transport,fuel etc., complete., Note: The payment will be based on Stack measurement.

7. Removing RCC cover slabs from the existing drains/cable chase and stacking the same near to the site and handing over to the nearby department within a lead of 1 km or as directed all as per relevant specifications including loading and un-loading,all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, plants, transport, fuel etc., complete.

8. Earth work excavation for concrete pavement / drains upto 1.5m depth in ordinary soil, sand, clay mixed with roots, boulders weighing individually less than 250 Kg, debris, rubbish etc., upto a required depth, using hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers trimming bottom and slopes in accordance with requirements of lines grades and cross sections, and transporting, unloading with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m for retransportation and disposal complete, all as per relevant specification, including shoring, strutting, dewatering, if any, all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, plants, fuel etc., complete. Note: Quantity for earthwork excavation will be based on Pre and Post levels.

9. Earth work excavation from 1.50m to 3.0m depth by manual method in ordinary soil, sand, clay mixed with roots, boulders weighing individually less than 250 Kg, debris, rubbish etc.,for Drains/ Cable chase including dressing of sides, ramming of bottom all as per relevant specification, drawings and as directed, including depositing the excavated earth within a lead of 50 m for the purpose of refilling / re transportation including shoring, strutting, dewatering, if any, including all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, plants, fuel etc., complete.

10. Supply of Pre-stressed Monoblock concrete sleepers (Pre-tensioned type) to Broad Gauge (1673mm) as in drawing No.RDSO/T2496 to suit 60 KG Rail as per RDSO design and IRS specification No.T39-85/Fourth Revision - Aug 2011 with Latest amendments, including handling, loading, transporting from the casting yard unloading and stocking at Chennai Port Trust Inner Harbour area or at any other places as directed including all Labour, materials, tools and tackles, plant & equipments, transport, fuel etc., complete NB Conditions: i)Supply should accompany with third party inspection reports issued by Zonal/Divisional Railway Authorities as per Indian Railway standard specification. The testing charges should be borne by the supplier. TC/GC should accompany with the supply. The guarantee and technical specifications shall be as per IRS specification serial No. T-39-85 / Fourth revision Aug-2011. ii) Supply to be made at Chennai Port Trust inner harbour area or at places as directed inside Trust's premises and stacking the same carefully as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, fuel, tools, equipment etc. complete.

11. Laying of Broad gauge Railway track using 60 kg rails to the correct alignment and level as directed at site of work including spreading of PSC sleepers fixing the rail in position using elastic rail clips with applying grease, grooved rubber sole plates, insulating liners and other accessories etc., including transporting of rails, PSC sleepers, fish plates and other fittings as directed at site of work including cutting of rails, drilling of holes and providing fish plates, bolts including katcha packing with initial lifting to the required level and slewing the track complete, including all labours,tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note: . 1. All mateials except Sleepers will be supplied free of cost by the Trust. 2. Supply of sleepers will be paid under relevant item of this schedule.

12. Assembling and fixing the guard rail arrangements with end splay by drilling of 16mm dia holes in PSC sleepers and fixing of CI bracket with grip bolts including fixing the guard rail on PSC sleepers with all fittings and fastenings in position duly cutting the guard rail suitably and fixing MS packing plates, bolts, nuts etc. as directed, including all labour, materials, tools, gas cutting equipments for cutting rails, drilling holes etc., all complete. Note: 1. Rails, CI brackets, Packing plates and Bolts & Nuts will be supplied free of cost by the Trust 2. Grip bolts shall be purchased by the contractor.

13. Laying and setting of Broad gauge points & crossings (1 in 8.5/1 in 7.18/1 in 6 ) with 60 Kg rails to the correct alignment and levels as directed at site of work including assembling of PSC crossing sleepers with points & crossings and lead portion in position using elastic rail clips, grooved rubber side plates, liners, MS plates and screws etc., including transporting of points & crossings rails, PSC sleepers (Crossing), fish plates and other fittings as directed at site of work including cutting of rails, joining crossing rails to a curve, providing Guard rail and check rails wherever required fixing of point box and setting of points including all labour, tools, equiopments, transport, fuel, etc., including Katcha packing etc., complete. Note: Track materials such as points and crossings, Rails, Fish plates , ground rubber sole plate, liners, Elastic rail clip, MS bolts, PSC sleepers and other accessories will be supplied free of cost by the Trust.

14. Lifting, packing and slewing the newly laid B.G railway track to the required level and alignment including fixing the sleepers with accessories as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments etc., complete.

15. Lifting, packing and slewing the Points & Crossing (1 in 8.5/ 1 in 7.18/1 in 6 ) to the required level and alignment including fixing the sleepers with accessories as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments etc., complete.

16. Preparing the existing sub grade / excavated surface by dressing the surfaces to the required level, camber, watering, and consolidating using smooth wheeled roller (8 to12 te. Capacity with maximum of 6 passes) to the required levels and slopes including filling in depression occurring during rolling all as per relevant specifications, drawings and as directed including all labour, tools,machineries, equipments, transport, fuel etc complete.

17. Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing close graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC,and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 Te capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H technical specifications clause 401 conforming to Grading-I (Table 400-1) all as directed including all materials, labour, tools, plants, equipment, transport, fuel etc., complete.

18. Providing and construction of Dry lean concrete sub-base course over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate( C.S.Sand) conforming to IS 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 26.5 mm , aggregate cementitious material ratio of 15:1 and clean sieved approved C.S.sand, after blending to be as per table 600-1, Cement content at 150 kg/cum, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, including mixing, transporting to site and laying manually to the required grade, level and alignment, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing including cost of all materials, labour, lead and lift, hire charges of machineries etc, complete with all lead of mixed material (Compacted thickness of 150mm) and as per MoRT&H technical specifications clause 601 conforming to Grading-I (Table 600-1) and as directed including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel etc., complete.

19. Providing and construction of unreinforced, dowel jointed Plain Cement Concrete Pavement over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement at 400 Kg/m3 of M40 grade, flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqm as per IRC 58-2015 using coarse and fine aggregate (C.S.Sand) conforming to IS 383, coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5mm size and clean seived approved C.S. sand including mixing as per approved mix design, transporting to site , laying, spreading, compacting and finishing in a continuous operation with screed vibrator including provision for contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, separation membrane, admixture as approved, finishing to the required lines levels grades and alignment, textured with appropriate method finishing and curing including cost of all materials, shuttering, labours, lead and lifts, tools , tackles,equipments, fuel, hire charges of machineries etc., complete, all as per MoRTH technical specificvation clause 602. Note: 1. Compacted thickness of 300mm. 2. Contraction, Expansion, Construction and Longitudinal joints shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this schedule.

20. Providing and construction of unreinforced, dowel jointed Plain Cement Concrete Pavement over a prepared sub base for railway track portion with 43 grade cement at 400 Kg/m3 of M40 grade, flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqm as per IRC 58-2015 using coarse and fine aggregate (C.S.Sand) conforming to IS 383, coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5mm size and clean seived approved C.S. sand including mixing as per approved mix design, transporting to site , laying, spreading, compacting and finishing in a continuous operation with screed vibrator including provision for contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, separation membrane, provision for laying of Railway track/setting of points&crossings, guard rails, admixture as approved, finishing to the required lines levels grades and alignment, textured with appropriate method finishing and curing including cost of all materials, shuttering, labours, lead and lifts, tools , tackles,equipments, fuel, hire charges of machineries etc., complete, all as per MoRTH technical specificvation clause 602. Note: 1) Compacted thickness of 400mm. 2) Laying of Railway tracks/setting of points&crossings, guard rails will be measured and paid under relevant items in this schedule 3. Contraction, Expansion, Construction and Longitudinal joints shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this schedule.

21.Supplying and laying impregnated bitumen pad of 20mm thickness and 275 mm depth (approx.) for expansion joints to the required length as specified in the drawing and as directed including making necessary holes in the pad and fixing the same in to the dowel bars including all labour, materials, transportation, tools, equipment etc., complete. Note: 1.The rate shall include making necessary holes in the pad for fixing the same in to the dowel bars. 2.The joint filler shall comply with IS 1838 - 1983 or its latest edition

22. Supplying and laying bitumen sealing compound of grade 'A' conforming to IS 1834 – 1984 (or its latest edition) for expansion joints, longitudinal joints and contraction joints as per details shown in the drawing, including painting the edges of the joint with an approved primer all as specified and as directed at site of work. including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, fuel,brushes etc., complete. 22a. for expansion Joint

23.Providing, fabricating the MS / TMT bars, and placing in position as dowel bars / tie bars for expansion joints / longitudinal joints as per details shown in the drawing and as directed including all handling, cutting, bending, all labour, materials, equipment, tools etc., complete. Note: 1.The rate shall be inclusive of cost of steel and fabrication charge if any . 2. Dowel bar(32 dia. MS bars 500 mm long at 250 mm c/c) for expansion joints (one half of the rod painted with bitumen and greased to avoid bonding with concrete) including providing necessary cap / sleeve and cotton waste all as shown in drawing and as directed at site. a.Expansion joint

24. Drilling holes of minimum dia of 20mm and 250mm depth @ 1000mm C/C in the existing pavement using a hand held drilling machine, fixing of Tie bars(16mm dia TMT bar ) in position in drill holes using high performance anchoring adhestive (HILTI HIT MM of Hilti India private Ltd or its equivalent) all as per relevant/manufacturer's specification, drawings and as directed including all materials labour, tools, equipment, plants, transport, fuel etc., complete. Note: 16 mm dia Tie bars will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

25. Providing and laying Cement Concrete of mix 1:4:8 ( 1 cement: 4 C.S.sand : 8 Coarse aggregate) using hard granite graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in volumetric proportions for foundation base course of RCC drain & cable chase and wherever required all as per relevant specifications drawings and as directed including mixing, transporting, shuttering, placing, ramming, consolidating, dewatering if any, curing etc., including all materials, labour, struting, tools, equipment, machinery, fuel etc., complete.

26. Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 in volumetric proportion ( 1 cement: 1.5 C.S.sand : 3 Coarse aggregate) using hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size for bottom slab /side walls for RCC drain & cable chase all as per relevant specifications drawings and as directed including mixing, transporting, shuttering, placing, vibrating, curing etc., including all materials, labour, struting, tools,plants, equipment, machinery, fuel etc., complete. Note: Providing steel reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. a. Botttom slab portion

27. Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 C.S.sand : 3 Coarse aggregate) using hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in volumetric proportions for Top slab (in-situ) of required size for RCC drain & cable chase as per relevant specifications drawings and as directed including mixing, transporting, shuttering, placing, vibrating, curing etc., including all materials, labour, struting, tools, plants, equipment, machinery, fuel etc., complete. Note: Providing Steel reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately under relevant item.

28. Providing and Casting, RCC Precast cover slabs for drain & Cable chase and wherever required in mix 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 C.S sand : 3 Coarse aggregate) using hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size in volumetric proportions, to the required size, all as per relevant specifications, drawings and as directed including shuttering, formwork, mixing, transporting, placing, compacting, curing, finishing all the exposed concrete surface with neat cement punning at 2.2 kg/m2 as directed including lifting handling, transporting and placing the precast slabs over the storm water drain /cable chase in correct position and alignment including providing necessary lifting holes including all materials, labour, tools, plants, equipments, etc., complete. Note: Providing steel reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

29. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position HYSD Fe 415 /500 Grade steel bars as reinforcement for all RCC works wherever required, including handling, cutting, bending and tying with 1.25 mm dia black annealed steel binding wire, all as per relevant specification and as directed including all materials, labours, tools, equipments, etc., complete. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of cost of steel, binding wire and fabrication charge etc., complete. Binding wire will not be measured for payment purpose.

30. Lifting, Transporting of existing precast cover slabs stacked in the ONB yard and placing over the storm water drain/ cable chase in correct position and alignment all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials,tools, equipments, fuel etc., complete.

31. Preparing the bottom surfaces of drain & cable chase and Providing plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine river sand) 12 mm thick to the required finish,curing all as per relevant specification, and as directed including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete.

32. Preparing the inner surface of side wall of drain/cable chase and providing plastering in cement mortar 1:3( 1cement : 3 fine river sand) with 6 to 10mm thick to the required finish, curing all as per relevant specification, and as directed including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete.

33. Refilling with available excavated earth excluding boulders, rubbish, debris etc., in sides of foundation portion etc., in layers not exceeding 200mm thick as per relevant specifications and as directed, including consolidating the deposited earth in layers by watering and ramming including all labour, tools, equipment, etc., complete.

34. Loading the Surplus earth, transporting, dumping and leveling in the dumping site within a lead of 2 Kms inside the port premises and as directed including all labour, transport, tools, equipments, fuel, etc., complete. Note: 1. The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in Trust’s approved format at his own cost for the quantity of earth transported. 2. Payment will be based on lorry cubical content after deduction of 20% for voids. However for final payment, the final quantity will be restricted to earth work minus refilling quantity.

35. Loading the debris, transporting, dumping and leveling in the dumping site within a lead of 2 Km iside the port premises and as directed including all labour, transport, tools, equipments, fuel, etc., complete. Note: 1. The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in Trust’s approved format at his own cost for the quantity of debris transported. 2. Payment will be based on the lorry cubical content. 3. No deduction of voids for debris will be made. 4. However for final payment the final quantity will be restricted to actual quantity of dismantling / demolishing items for debris.

36. Preparing the newly plastered wall surfaces of drain cum cable chase and wherever required and painting with two coats of exterior emulsion paint (make Asian or equivalent ) of approved quality and colour to give an even shade over a coat of primer all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, scaffolding, brushes, tools, tackles, equipments etc., complete.

37. Supplying, transporting, fabricating and fixing in position of M.S. inserts consisting of MS flat 100 x6 and 400mm long to be welded and MS flat 75x8, 200mm long to be welded with reinforcement and M.S. insert consisting of M.S. angle ISA 75x75x8mm, 350mm long welded with M.S.flat 50x8, 100mm long .in service trench for cable/pipe support as per the details shown in the drawings or as directed including painting with one coat of red oxide primer including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, fuel, etc., complete.

38. Preparing the surfaces of new steel members and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (make Asian or equivalent ) of approved quality and colour to give an even shade over a coat of primer all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, scaffolding, brushes, tools, tackles, equipments etc., complete. Note: Necessary painting co-efficient shall be allowed as per Ch.P.T.Engineering manual.

39. Providing and fixing good quality rigid / unplasticised PVC pipe of 75mm outside diameter (Supreme / Trubore / Finolex / Varun or its equivalent) and capable of withstanding pressure of (6kgf / sq.cm) and embedding in the RCC cable chase base slab to a total depth of 500mm at regular intervals to drain the water, including fixing the pipes in correct alignment, all as directed including all labour, material, equipments, tools, plants, etc. complete.

40. Providing and fixing good quality rigid / unplasticised PVC pipe of 110mm outside diameter (Supreme / Trubore / Finolex / Varun or its equivalent) and capable of withstanding pressure of (6kgf / sq.cm) for spout pipe 250mm length and embedding in the concrete drain wall at required level including fixing the pipes in correct alignment all as directed including all labour, material, equipments, tools, plants, etc. complete.
