4. Providing and laying Cement Concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 Crushed Stone sand : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions in foundation for erecting the Retro Reflective sign board frame work - below Ground Level in various location for padestal concreteing in the road portion wherever required all as per relevant specifications and as directed including mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, curing etc.,including cost of all materials, labour, shuttering, tools, plants, equipments, machinery, fuel, etc., complete.

5. Providing and laying Cement Concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 Crushed Stone sand : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions for laying around base of Retro Reflective sign board frame work - above Ground Level at various location for padestal concreteing, fixing Solar glow stud (Raised Pavement Marker) in the road portion wherever required all as per relevant specifications and as directed including mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, curing etc.,including all materials, labour, shuttering, tools, plants, equipments, machinery, fuel, etc., complete.

6. Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) for road direction marking and Zebra crossing of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic material shall confirm to ASTM D36/BS-3262 - (Part -I)by fully / semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface wherever required all as per relevant specification in accordance with the code of practice for Road markings with paints, IRC-35 and as per drawings (or) as directed at site of work including cost of material, labour, Tools and plants, cleaning the road surface and removing of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc., complete.

7. Providing and fixing Glow studs (Raised Pavement marker) 3M brand of size 100x20mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acrylorerite) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having eletronically welded micro - prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degree to base.The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973.The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface / top of centre median using the adhesive confirming to IS, as per the procedure recommended by the manufacturer wherever required all as per relevant specifications (or) as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments, materials, etc., complete.

8. Providing and fixing LED based Solar Glow studs for Heavy Traffic Roads (Raised Pavement marker) 3M brand made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acrylorerite) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having eletronically welded micro - prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degree to base. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface and using the adhesive confirming to IS, as per the procedure recommended by the manufacturer etc., complete wherever required all as per relevant manufactures specifications (or) as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments, materials, etc., complete.

9. Manufacturing,Supplying and fixing of Retro Reflective Road Direction signage Boards, made up of 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (Tri-lingual Tamil , Hindi, English), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable size stainless steel bolts and nuts to back support frame of M.S. angle of size 25x25x6 mm along with theft resistant measures with centre supports of frame with MS flat 25x6mm of required length with suitable MS cleat angle of 50x50x6mm and MS flat 50x6mm of 200mm long at four corners of vertical support welded with angle frame, and including making holes in angle flats, providing & fixing M.S. angle with message plate of required size,Backside of steel work to be painted with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture as per drawing and at various locations in ChPA Roads from Gate no.1 to Gate No.10 and wherever required all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, transport, fuel, tools, equipments, scaffolding, etc., complete.

10. Manufacturing,Supplying and fixing of Retro Reflective Building Name Boards made out of 4mm thick of aluminium composite panel sheet of required size, the entire sign face covered with white colour highly reflectivity (High Intensity prismatic) grade as base colour and blue colour of self adhesive matt grade as background fixed over to the base white colour of Highly reflective(High Intensity prismatic) grade required words in Tamil, Hindi, English letters and border in base colour of board all as directed and the Name board and fixing the same with suitable size stainless steel bolts and nuts with back support of MS square tube of size 25x25x3.2mm (1.98Kg/m) (or) nearest size as available in the market allround and at centre portions of the board including painting with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer including supplying required size of coach screws and fixing the board in the wall surface as per drawing and at various locations in Chennai Port Authority buildings from Gate no.1 to Gate No.10 and wherever required as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, transport, fuel, tools, equipments, scaffolding, etc., complete.

11.
