4.Chipping throughly and removing the existing damaged plastering from sunshade and wherever required without damaging the nearby structures including collecting and depositing the debris nearby within a lead of 50 m all as specified and as directed, including scaffolding , all labour, tools, materials, etc., complete

5. Dismantling and removing the existing RCC structures of Sun shade,etc. and wherever required without damaging the nearby structures including collecting and depositing the debris within a lead of 50m all as specified and as directed, including scaffolding, all labour, tools, materials, etc., complete..

6.Cutting and removing the existing damaged portion of steel reinforcement and etc., as directed at site where ever required , stacking within 50 metres lead and handing over the Scrap materials to the department with in a lead of 5 Kms. and all as directed at site including transport all materials, labour, tools, equipment, scaffolding, etc., complete. Note; Payment will be made based on weighment basis

7.Drilling holes 16mm dia, 200mm depth for fixing sunshade,lintel main rod drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a required depth in RCC lintels, etc., to introduce steel bars for sunshades including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, ( for replacing the damaged main reinfocement as Anchor rod) with high yeild strenth deformed (Fe500 grade) TMT bars including drilling the existing concrete for fixing anchor rod using suitable method all as directed at site including all materials , labour, tools, equipments, transport,fuel,etc., complete. ( Note: Payment will be made for Anchor rods seperatly)

8.Hire charges for engaging gas cutting equipments/ welding equipments for cutting the unwanted/ other hinderance structure or welding the structure for additional repaire work etc,.for the unexpected / additional work araising while execution wherever necessary all as directed at site including all materials , labour, tools, equipments, plant, tackles, transport,fuel,etc., complete. Notes. 1) minimum workings hours of welding /gas cutting is 4hrs per day. 2 The payment will be made for the actual time of the work done by the machinerises exculding break down time and mobilizing /demobilizing hours and idealing time.

9. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position HYSD (Fe 415 / 500 grade) TMT steel bars as reinforcement for all RCC works wherever required, including handling, cutting, bending and tying with 1.25mm dia black annealed steel binding wire including placing, all as per relevant specification, drawings and as directed, including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note:1.The rate shall be inclusive of cost of reinforcement steel, binding wire and fabrication charges etc., complete. Binding wire will not be measured for payment purpose.

10.Providing and placing RCC in cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 in volumetric proportions (1 cement : 1.5 crushed stone sand : 3 stone aggregate (hard granite) of 20mm nominal size) for lintel and wherever required all as per relevant specification and as directed at site of work including mixing, transporting, placing, scaffolding, shuttering, vibrating , cement, labour, materials, curing, equipments, tools, etc. complete. Note: Payment will be made for steel reinforcement separately under relevant item.

11. Providing and placing RCC in cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 in volumetric proportions (1 cement : 1.5 crushed stone sand : 3 stone aggregate (hard granite) of 20mm nominal size) for Sunshade, and wherever required all as per relevant specification and as directed at site of work including mixing, transporting, placing, scaffolding, shuttering, vibrating , cement, labour, materials, curing, equipments, tools, etc. complete. Note: Payment will be made for steel reinforcement separately under relevant item.

12.Providing and laying damp-proof course average 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 crushed stone sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm to 10mm) with water proofing compound liquid (admixture of Conplast x 421 IC of FOSROC CHEMICALS or equivalent ) as per manufacturer specification including providing proper slope and levels in terrace all as per relevant specifications, all as directed at site of work including mixing, transporting, placing, finishing, curing, all other materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete

13.Providing and laying average 18 mm thick Cement plaster skirting up to 300mm height, in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 crushed stone sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement. With water proofing compound liquid (admixture of Conplast x 421 IC of FOSROC CHEMICALS or equivalent) as per manufacturer specification including all as per relevant specifications, all as directed at site of work including mixing, transporting, placing, finishing, curing, all other materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete

14.Providing screed saw cut 6mm width and 10mm depth at intervals of 3mx4m and filled with Polysulphide sealant ( Fosroc ,Sika . Dr.Fixit or equivalent) in terrace all as per relevant specifications, all as directed at site of work including all other materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete

15.Making Angular fillet of 75x75mm size shall be made in cement sand mortar in 1:3 (1 cement : 3 crushed stone sand) proportion admixed with Dr.Fixit Pidicrete URP at 1 Litre/ bag of cement at parapet wall and roof slab junctions in terrace all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site of work including all other materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete.,

16.Providing and applying a primer coat of Dr. Fixit Primeseal dilute with water in the ratio 2:1 (2 Dr. Fixit Primeseal : 1 Water) and apply at the rate of 8-10 sqm/litre depending upon the porosity of the substrate. Providing and applying one first coat of Dr.Fixit Roofseal select coat ( or equivalent ) at 2 sqm / litre and allow to dry for 6 to 8 hours and applying second coat of Dr.Fixit Roofseal select coat (or equivalent ) at 2 sqm / litre in perpendicular direction to first coat and allow to dry for 6 to 8 hours and applying third coat of Dr.Fixit Roofseal select coat (or equivalent ) at 2 sqm / litre in perpendicular direction to second coat and allow to dry for 6 to 8 hours in terrace all as per relevant specifications, all as directed at site of work including all other materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete, Note:- Ensuring no leakage is a core responsibility of the contractor after completing the work for a week period as a test trial of leakage free operation

17.Providing and laying PCC in mix 1:4:8 for levelling course in volumetric proportions (1 cement : 4 crushed stone sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) for base course and wherever required consolidated including necessary levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth all as per relevant specification as directed at site including cement, all labour, materials, tools, equipments, etc., complete

18.Providing Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in CM 1:5 (1 cement : 5 crushed stone sand) for super structure and wherever required all as directed at site , including all labour,materials,, tools , curing, equipments, etc., complete

19.Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 in volumetric proportions (1 cement : 1.5 crused stone .sand : 3 stone aggregate (hard granite) 20mm size graded down to 12mm size) 100 mm thick for sintex tank bottom slab concrete, including centering and shuttering , strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work after completion of bottom slab of sintex tank including mixing, transporting, placing, ramming, consolidating, etc. all as per relevant specification and as directed at site including vibrating, all labour, materials, curing, equipment,fuel, tools, etc. complete.

20.Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes of 110mm dia (4kgf ) conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including joining with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion of with all specials (Trubore / Finolex or equivalent) for rain water pipes wherever necessary and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, etc., complete.

21.Preparing the surfaces of wall and plastering in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 crushed stone sand) mixed with water proofing compound all as per relevant specification, 20 mm thick to the required finish, curing etc., all as directed at site of work including labour, materials, tools, equipments, scaffolding, etc. complete.

22.Preparing the surfaces and plastering in cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 Crushed stone sand) 12 mm thick wherever required all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials,including cement, tools, equipments,curing, scaffolding, etc., complete.

23.Preparing the surfaces and providing plastering in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Crushed stone sand ) 6 to 10mm thick in ceiling with a floating coat of 2.20kg/sqm of neat cement and wherever necessary all as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments, materials etc., complete.

24.Preparing the surfaces of ceilings and applying two coats of white washing with lime to give an even shade all as directed at site of work wherever required including all labour, materials, tools,brushes, tackles, equipments, scaffolding etc., complete.

25.Preparing the surfaces of exterior walls and wherever required and applying 2 coats of Acrylic smooth exterier paint (Asian /Dulux or equivalent) over a coat of primer all as per manufacturers specification and of approved brand to give even shade and as directed at site including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, brushes, equipments, scaffolding etc., complete.

26.Uprooting and clearing of weeds, shrubs, bushes and other vegetation's using man power/weeds cutting machine including removing all other unwanted loose materials, rubbish etc., wherever required including conveying and disposing the same to the nearest within a lead of 50m all as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete.

27.Loading, transporting, dumping and leveling the debris etc., in the low lying areas with a lead of 2 Kms within the FH premises all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site including all labour, transport, tools, equipments, fuel, etc., complete. NOTE: 1.The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in Port Authority's approved format at his own cost. 2. Payment will be based on the lorry cubical content. 3. No deduction of voids for debris will be made. However the final quantity will be restricted to actual quantity of dismantling /demolishing items.
