In the case the date of opening of price bid is on saturday, public holidy and on sunday, the TT selling rate published by SBI on the previous working day shall be considered.

14. The bid shall be valid for a minimum period of 4 months from the final bid due date.
In the event of delay in finalizing the tender, the validity of the bid shall be extended by the bidder without any change in price, deviation to the terms & conditions, as otherwise, their offer shall be liable for rejection. However bidders are allowed to withdraw their bid if they are unable to extend validity period as required by CPCL.
