Providing Breakdown services of all service (Mechanical/Electrical/instrumentation, PLC Indian expert and any other miscellenous services as required) Specialist for breakdown services for all jobs of Coker Bridge Crane installed at CPCL-DCU Unit (All Days) Breakdown services for Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation jobs of Coker bridge crane installed in CPCL-Chennai for all days during working hours of 0900 hrs to 1800 Hrs as per Scope of work, tender terms and conditions. The Unit of measurement ""Man Day"" represents the per man day service charges including all allowances for normal working hours as mentioned above. The quoted prioces should be inclusive of relevant insurance coverage for experts training costs, boarding, lodging , local transportation, transportation within Refinery premieses, food and all other miscellaneous requirements for all personnel. Compliance with qualification, safety, statuotry requirements, and all other requirements as per Tender conditions, scope of work. Note: To & Fro charges from Contractor's works to CPCL-Chennai shall be paid separately. However, local transportation within Chennai shall not be paid separately."

Overtime Charges for Mechanical service specialist including all allowances for providing breakdown services for Coker Bridge Crane in CPCL-Chennai These charges are applicable beyond normal working hours (0900 to 1800 Hrs) on all days as per Tender terms and conditions and scope of work. The Unit of measurement ""HR"" represents the per hourly overtime charge. No separate transportation charges shall be paid for overtime period."

SERVICE ASSISTANCE FOR REGULAR / ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

Providing experienced service assistance for cleaning ,lubrication and assisting PM checks and day-to-day maintenance of KONE Bridge Crane in DELAYED COKER UNIT (DCU)during general shifts# 2 persons per day on all general shift working days, as per scope of work and requirement of EIC, (Unit of measurement DAY = Charges per manday per service assistant)

SERV ASST ON EXTENDED HRS/ HOLIDAYS

Charges for experienced service assistance on extended hours and on Sundays or on Company declared hoildays as pre requirement of EIC. (Unit of measurement- HR= Rate per hour per Service assistant).

BRIDGE CRANE RAIL INSPECTION SURVEY

Bridge Crane Rail Inspection Survey with "Rail Q" Service Charges per visit for carrying out Rail Alignment survey withspecial tool "Rail Q". Rail Alignment shall be undertaken twice in a year as per instruction of and in consultation with Engineer In Charge. Unit EA denotes Service Charges per visit.
