Back filling the available excavated earth in plinth, trenches, sides of foundations in depressed areas in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer by ramming and watering up to 50 mt lead and lift up to 1.5 mt.

Transporting and disposing the SURPLUS EARTH/DEBRIS generated after backfilling from construction activities, loading, unloading, as directed to designated place within refinery premises upto a lead of 3 kms.

Providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 nominal mix using 40mm and down graded coarse aggregate and using OPC 53 grade / of approved make conforming to IS for any thickness below foundations, pile cap, raft, grade slab, tank pads, dyke & fire walls, pipe sleepers & supports, walkway platform supports, trenches, pits, drains, fillings, sumps, chambers, etc. including shuttering, tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing, etc. all in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth as specified and directed all complete, as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Rate includes supply of cement.

Providing and filling fine aggregate of quality in floor, foundation, etc. in layer of 15 cm thickness including, watering, ramming, consolidating, etc. complete.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 part of cement, 1.5 part of fine aggregate and 3 part of stone aggregate 20 mm and down) in foundation below footing floor and raft and trenches using stone aggregate including watering, curing ramming with vibrator if necessary all labor and material complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Excluding cost of form work. Ising OPC 53 grade cement grade of approved make conforming to IS. Rate includes supply of cement.

Strutting and propping in super structure upto staging of 4.5m wide so as to give a fair finish of R.F cement concrete work in column, beams, walls slabs, staircases, (Steps, waist slabs, landing, etc.) lintel, sun shades, canopies, cantilevers, etc. for all heights including removal of the shuttering after the specified period is over and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete with all materials, labor consumable, etc. (Form work shall be supplied by the contractor and shall remain the property of the contractor)

Supplying and placing in position High strength deformed steel bars reinforcement (conforming to IS:1786, Grade Fe500), for RCC work, Pile, including transporting the steel, straightening, cleaning, decoiling. Cutting, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details, binding with contractors' own 16 SWG black soft annealed binding wire at every intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, overlaps, welding, spacers, fan hooks, scaffolding, etc. for all heights and depths, etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing injection type post construction water proofing to concrete structures such as roof slabs, sunken portions, intersection of chajja & masonry, liquid storage tanks, etc. by installing minimum 12/15mm dia PVC / aluminium / GI nozzles at suitable intervals and mechanically injecting single component hydrophobic water-active flexible polyurethane of approved make at minimum pressure of 3 kg/sqm as per manufacturer's recommendations. The rate shall include all materials, labor and operations and finishing, dismantling & assembling of false ceiling / under deck insulation works if any, making temporary water pool over the leaky portion and removal after work, include the cost of providing fixing and cutting off nozzle projections grouting holes, etc. complete as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Only consumed chemical in grouting work to be measured for payment)

Supplying, transporting, storing, fabricating & erecting in position bolted and / or welded STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS like angles ,channels, beams, plates, pipes, tubes, etc. at all heights & levels and locations including all built-up sections/ compound sections made out of rolled sections and / or plates / bent plates in existing / new structural pipe supports, frames, etc., cutting to required size, straightening/bending if required, edge preparation, cleaning, scrapping & welding of unsound joints in existing structural members, preheating, (including sealing of box section with continuous welding) finishing edges by grinding , fixing in line and level with temporary bracings, including providing staging, scaffoldings, & working platforms at all heights, and removal of same after erection, including preparing the surface for painting, surface cleaning, wire brushing, removal of mill scale, dust, rust, oil or grease, etc. complete along with providing paint system as follows: (a) Applying inorganic zinc silicate coat 50 micron DFT; (b) Two coats of Epoxy primer paint 50 micron DFT each; (c) Two coats of Anti Rust epoxy top coat paint 75 micron DFT each as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:-One coat of Zinc silicate and one coat of Epoxy primer shall be applied on structural steel surfaces after manual cleaning prior to erection as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply of all materials in contractor's scope.

DISMANTLING OF STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS (bolted/riveted/ welded) of all descriptions(taking all necessary safety precautions) for all heights & depths above & below plinth level including supply of all tools & tackles, consumables, necessary scaffolding, etc. providing temporary bracings as required, cutting gusset plates, bolts, nuts, weldings, etc, stacking of serviceable materials at designated location / CPCL storage Yard/scrap yard within the Refinery premises as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

"Providing and fixing RIGID PVC PIPES as rain water pipes, weep hole pipes, etc. with MS holder clamps including fixing/embedding into masonry/concrete, providing connections like shoes, vents, specials, bends, etc. fixing in perfect plumb, etc. all complete including jointing with bonding solution of approved quality and make with pressure rating of 4 kg/ sq.cm including clamps, connections, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. for pipes of 4" dia"

"Providing and fixing RIGID PVC PIPES as rain water pipes, weep hole pipes, etc. with MS holder clamps including fixing/embedding into masonry/concrete, providing connections like shoes, vents, specials, bends, etc. fixing in perfect plumb, etc. all complete including jointing with bonding solution of approved quality and make with pressure rating of 4 kg/ sq.cm including clamps, connections, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. for pipes of 6" dia"

Hiring of machineries on demand basis. The quoted rate is inclusive of charges towards mobilization if any, hire charges, consumables fuel / oils / lubricants, operator crew's costs, supervision, overhead & profit, safety permits, safety precaution, etc. complete. For continuous tracked tractor Hydraulic Excavator (3D) with attachments such as a breaker, a grapple or an auger.

Supply of UNSKILLED CLASS LABOUR to carry out petty works not assessable for measurements/minor repair works, on day-to-day basis during the CPCL general shift hours 0830 - 17:00 hours) on all regular working days from Monday to Saturday. The rates shall include ESI, PF, payroll cost and allowances, fringe benefits, overhead supervision, profits and hand tools. Payment for part of the day will be made on prorata basis.

Supply of SEMI SKILLED LABOUR to carry out petty works not assessable for measurements/minor repair works, on day-to-day basis during the CPCL general shift hours 0830 - 17:00 hours) on all regular working days from Monday to Saturday. The rates shall include ESI, PF, payroll cost and allowances, fringe benefits, overhead supervision, profits and hand tools. Payment for part of the day will be made on prorata basis.

Supply of SKILLED LABOUR to carry out petty works not assessable for measurements/minor repair works, on day-to-day basis during the CPCL general shift hours 0830 - 17:00 hours) on all regular working days from Monday to Saturday. Chipping of unsound / weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns, etc., with standard power drivenpercussion type of pneumatic chisel ofstandard make as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Includig tapering all edgesmaking square shoulders of cavities removing concrete all round reinforcement including from behind thereinforcing bars to give an average 25mm (but not less than 15mm clear air gap) upto 100 mm thick

Providing and fixing special water tight centering including bolting, strutting, propping, etc., so as to with stand a pressure of 0.1Mpa including removal of forms for all location including beams columns slabs, walls, foundations, footings, landings, stairs, balconies, etc.

"Providing and placing in position Micro concrete of grade M55 with graded coarse aggregates of maximum size 12mm of ratio 1:0.75 (MC : Agg) if repair section greater than 50 mm depth, which shall be cement based pre-packed single component of make Fosroc / Sika / BASF, chloride free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion obtained from approved manufacturer as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge in Columns, beams, roofs, etc. by pouring / pumping / making pockets for pouring. Curing has to be carried out using polymer based continuous film forming curing compound.

Dewatering Pump: Dewatering - with Diesel dewatering pump: The job involves pumping out of water including dewatering oily & trenches, pits, etc. by contractor's own pump as per the direction of the ONLY Engineer-in-Charge. The job also includes supplying of all types of pumps, tools & tackles, hoses, fuel, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects as per EIC instructions.

Supply of gully sucker trucks on hire basis with suction motor/pump and tanker of minimum 6 KL capacity with necessary suction / delivery hoses of sufficient & lengths (upto 50 m) and sufficient personnel in addition toa driver and cleaner to handle the floating oil/other material as instructed by EIC. The quoted rate is inclusive of charges towards fuel/oils/lubricants, operator crew'scosts, mobilization, etc. complete.

Sand Filling: Providing and filling fine aggregate of quality in THREE floor, foundation, etc. in layer of 15 cm thickness including, watering, ramming, consolidating, etc. complete.

Clearing grass and disposal of rubbish outside the CPCL premises. all labor, materials, vehicles, etc.
