ERECTION OF NEW APH MODULES IN BOILER - 3 : The scope of work includes besides supervision, mobilization of required skilled, experienced technicians, engineers, supervisors, transportation including collection of APH Modules from OWNER's storage point (Co-GEn Site) by raising material Issue request using contractors own cranes, tractor/trailor., Shifting to work location, supporting structurals repiar and replacement if required, repair and providing of additional structural foundation, packings, shims, placing the APH Modules on support structures, levelling, alignment of APH Module with existing FG ducts arrangement, fixing of dismantelled bellows, support bolt tightening and final alignment of Modules, connection of bellows & ducts and completing the work in all respects as per drawings, technical specifications specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.This job also includes supplying of required suitable capacity of cranes, tractor & trailers, Fork lift, tools, tackles, lifting arrangement like chain pulley blocks, suitable slings / belts etc., machineries, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects.

"Lumpsum charges for ERECTION of New Primary APH Module (3rd and 4th Banks) in Boiler-3 of Co-Gen Power Plant as per site requirement, Instructions of EIC and scope of work. Approx Weight of Each Bank : 37 Ton x 2 = 74 MT Elevation : 15 Mtrs (Approx) Here the Unit Lumpsum : Charges for both banks 3rd and 4th Banks including all structurals." The weight indicated is the minimum weight of module. The contractor has to do through site study and ascertain the crane requirement based on site conditions
