Charges for Operation of CPCL DCU Unit Coker Bridge Crane Operation of Coker Bridge Crane as per the scope of work attached, OEM instructions, Operation Manual and directions of Engineer-In-Charge on a 24 hours X 7 days basis by a group of 5 (five) trained and certified operators and 1 trained Supervisor. The operators shall work in 3 shifts (timing shall be inline with CPCL operations timings) and will be responsible for safe operation of the equipment. The quoted prioces should be inclusive of relevant insurance coverage for operators, supervisors, training costs, boarding, lodging , to & fro charges, local transportation, transportation within Refinery premieses, food and all other miscellaneous requirements for all personnel Compliance with qualification, safety, statuotry requirements, and all other requirements as per Tender conditions, scope of work.Sufficient no of standby operators and supervisors should be available for deputation during weekly off/Holidays of engaged manpower. (Unit of measurement=Month)

Charges for Scheduled monthly preventive Maintenance & Inspection of Coker Bridge Crane installed in CPCL DCU Unit Preventive Monthly Maintenace shall be carried out with 3 Experts (1 Mechanical, 1 Electrical and 1 Instrumentation) X 5 Days X 1 Visit per Month X 1 year (3 X 5 X 12 X 1 = 180 Man Days) Preventive Maintenance of Coker Bridge Crane shall be as per the scope of work attached, OEM instructions, Operation Manual and directions of Engineer-In-Charge The quoted prioces should be inclusive of relevant insurance coverage for experts training costs, boarding, lodging , local transportation, transportation within Refinery premieses, food and all other miscellaneous requirements for all personnel. Compliance with qualification, safety, statuotry requirements, and all other requirements as per Tender conditions, scope of work. Note: To & Fro charges from Contractor's works to CPCL-Chennai shall be paid separately as given below. However, local transportation within Chennai during Maintenace period shall not be paid separately.

To & Fro Travelling expenses from Contractor's office to CPCL-Chennai site within India fro Preventive Maintenance Scheduled Preventive Maintenance & Inspection : 12 Times X 3 Persons = 36 visits (For first year 2019-2020) Economy class ir-fare will be reimbursed on submisison of flight tickets/documentary evidence of the travel and fare. In case of travel by train, travelling expensees will be reimbursed on submission of train tickets/documentary evidence of the travel & fare. The payment shall be made as per actuals on documentary evidence with limitation on maximum value specified as unit price per each visit. The unit ""EA"" denotes to & fro travelling charges for one person in a visit Contractor's office shall be specified along with quote."

Providing Breakdown services of all service (Mechanical/Electrical/instrumentation, PLC Indian expert and any other miscellenous services as required) Specialist for breakdown services for all jobs of Coker Bridge Crane installed at CPCL-DCU Unit (Week Days) Breakdown services for Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation jobs of Coker bridge crane installed in CPCL-Chennai for normal working days (Week Days -Monday to Saturday) during working hours of 0900 hrs to 1800 Hrs as per Scope of work, tender terms and conditions. The Unit of measurement ""Man Day"" represents the per man day service charges including all allowances for normal working hours as mentioned above. The quoted prices should be inclusive of relevant insurance coverage for experts training costs, boarding, lodging , local transportation, transportation within Refinery premieses, food and all other miscellaneous requirements for all personnel. Compliance with qualification, safety, statutory requirements, and all other requirements as per Tender conditions, scope of work. The Unit of measurement ""Day"" represents the per man day service charges including all allowances for normal working hours as mentioned above. The quoted prices should be inclusive of relevant insurance coverage for experts training costs, boarding, lodging , local transportation, transportation within Refinery premieses, food and all other miscellaneous requirements for all personnel. Compliance with qualification, safety, statutory requirements, and all other requirements as per Tender conditions, scope of work. Overtime Charges for Mechanical service specialist including all allowances for providing breakdown services for Coker Bridge Crane in CPCL-Chennai These charges are applicable beyond normal working hours (0900 to 1800 Hrs) on working days, Sunday and Holidays as per Tender terms and conditions and scope of work. The Unit of measurement ""HR"" represents the per hourly overtime charge. No separate transportation charges shall be paid for overtime period."

To & Fro Travelling expenses from Contractor's office to CPCL-Chennai site within India for Breakdown Maintenance. Breakdown Services : Total 1 visit per year for 1(One) year for 3 personnel Visits per person: 1 Visit X 3 = 3 for first year 2019-2020 Economy class air-fare will be reimbursed on submisison of flight tickets/documentary evidence of the travel and fare. In case of travel by train, travelling expensees will be reimbursed on submission of train tickets/documentary evidence of the travel & fare. The payment shall be made as per actuals on documentary evidence with limitation on maximum value specified as unit price per each visit. The unit ""EA"" denotes to & fro travelling charges for one person in a visit Contractor's office location can change as Breakdown requirement will be during exigency and service engineer may be deputed from any place. However, maximum amount is restricted as per Unit price."

Providing experienced Semi-Skilled service assistance for cleaning ,lubrication and assisting PM checks and day-to-day maintenance of KONE Bridge Crane in DELAYED COKER UNIT (DCU)during general shifts# 2 persons per day on all general shift working days, as per scope of work and requirement of EIC, (Unit of measurement DAY = Charges per manday per Semi-Skilled labour)

SERV ASST ON EXTENDED HRS/ HOLIDAYS FIRST YEAR 2019-2020

Charges for providing Semi-Skilled service assitance on extended hours and on Sundays or on Company declared hoildays as pre requirement of EIC. (Unit of measurement- HR= Rate per hour per Semi skilled labour).
