Cold Cutting of existing pipes of sizes 28", 40" and 48’’ in-situ at various locations at higher elevation using pnumatic operated / equivalent cold cutting machine. During cold cutting operation, the machines should not generate heat and should not produce sparks resulting any fire while cutting. Cold cutting machines should be of light in weight with low setting time and capable of cutting at faster rate to complete more number of cuts per day. The cold cutting machines shall be pneumatically operated or equivalent cold cutting machines with the capabilities to meet the above requirements. ALL PIPE CUTS FOR DISMANTLING OF THE EXISTING FLARE HEADER SHALL BE OF COLD CUTS ONLY FOR SAFETY REQUIREMENT.

The job involves pneumatic testing of pipelines to the specified test pressure (2.5 KSC) at all elevations by providing necessary hose connections from the source of air supply to the work location for preparing the test, flushing, filling up air on the piping circuit, pressurize to the required pneumatic pressure with necessary compressors and offer for inspection including access & assistance to CPCL Inspection team during the checking, draining & drying of the piping circuit.
