Two component solvent free amine cured phenolic epoxy finish coating with 100% volume of solids shall be applied over a suitable primer (if necessary) as per the paint manufacturer recommendations in line with the speed of grit blasting planned at site and required over coating intervals. The total coating including priming & finishing shall be applied in a maximum of three coats. Applicaion : airless spray; Minimum DFT: 500 microns. However, the contractor shall coat the total system in excess of the minimum DFT of 500 microns according to the type of coating product, protection required and as per the coating manufacturer's guidelines. The coating shall be applied by airless spray.

Tank inside area preparation for uninterrupted hot work: Grass cutting, area cleaning, removal of debris, stagnated oil, if any, by engaging a crew of not less than ten unskilled helpers with one supervisor in 8 hours shift to comply with CPCL safety norms as per scope of work and for maintaining the area oil / sludge / grass free so as to execute the hot works uninterruptedly. The dyke inside area has to be maintained always spic and span, and safe to carry out hot work. This optional SOR shall be operated based on the instruction of EIC only. Separate manpower deplolyment details has to be certified by EIC for operating this item. - Item rate is Lumpsum per Month (i.e, UNIT "EACH" REFERS LUMPSUM PER MONTH).
