Excavation of receiving pit to the required size to vizualise the casing & carrier pipe and for removing the augers, cutter heads etc at a depth of 3.6 m deep from the ground level and backfilling with the excavated earth. The cost includes earth work excavation with all lead and lifts, providing timbering/shoring arrangements to trench, bailing out of water, restoring the site condition after completion of the work and all cost of materials, labour charges, tools and plants etc., complete (B/f sub bill no. 1.b)

Laying of 1600 mm inner diameter, 20 mm wall thickness MS pipe below Railway track at the depth of 6.60 m from track level under traffic condition without infringing and without causing any hindrance to the movement of vehicle duly providing the barricade where ever necessary BY HORIZONTAL AUGER BORING METHOD (Trenchless Technology) strictly ad-hearing to the standard procedure to avoid the sliding of soil at the front of pipe at normal speed of the Running traffic using the power Horizontal Auger Boring Machine only. (The cost includes the welding of pipe segments as it is laid by auger boring with all labour, materials, tools, plants and equipments including mobilisation of equipments and MS pipe from storage point the work spot with all lead, lift etc and consumables stores, fuel, crew, temporary installations anchoring arrangements to install auger boring machine and the temporary access to the work spot for transporting the equipments and pipes etc). In all type of soil like clay, sand, sand stone, murrum, soft rock etc by using tungston carbide cutter.

Inserting 800 mm dia CI socket - spigot end, push - on - joint carrier pipe in 1600mm dia MS encasing pipe at an average depth of 6.60 m from track level etc complete as directed by engineer incharge including necessary clamp welding of carrier pipe with MS encasing pipe (All labours tools and materials,plants and equipments for inserting pipes are to be supplied by the enders/contractors at his own cost) Except the cost of 800 mm dia CI pipes

Disposal of excavated earth and rubbish from the driving/reception pits and from the pipe portion duly loading into the contractor's own vehicle and disposing the same at nominated locations with an average lelad of upto 1Km with all lead lift etc., complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge (All labour, tools, materials, plants and road vehicle with fuel and crew are to be supplied by the tenderer/contractor at his own cost.

Earth work excavation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murum, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders and hard gravely soil as per SS20B with initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m for plinth beam etc.

Shoring, and strutting with sheet piles of size width 400 mm x height of 3m x thickness of 9mm as per IS 2314-1986 by driving on both sides of the trench from Ground Level up to the required depth and connecting the above sheet piles by horizontal strutting with sheet piles at an interval of 1.0m, fixing the sheet piles by connecting the horizontal strutting with casurina poles of 8cm to 10cm dia. at 1.50m interval and including removing the sheet piles after the pipelines are laid, jointed, tested, and stacking it safely for other uses. It includes the cost of sheet piles and casurina poles including labour charges for erecting the sheet piles, driving the sheet piles, removing the sheet piles, fixing Casurina poles, etc., complete and all other incidental charges for the depths (0 to 4 m)

Refilling with excavated soils after completion of work

Hire charges for diesel pumpset for 3 HP with fuel and crew charges including transportation

Cleaning Juliflora jungle with uprooting for 20 m x 20 m

Brick work with fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (Crushed stone sand (M-sand)) for over 23 cm thick wall including curing etc. Complete

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in cement mortar walls
