The Contractor must obtain the existing Static GCP points from CMWSSB which should be considered as the control point with known coordinates X, Y and Z. Survey consultant to ensure the closing error is within permissible limits (SoI Standards) while transferring the levels from the existing Static GCP points and the same to be presented as a report. The same process shall be adopted for random verification of positional accuracy of points established using the PBMs as base. As built survey for every sewage and water pipeline and other assets must be done using DGPS based RTK method by transferring the coordinates from the nearest Static GCP of CMWSSB. Where there are signal interruptions for the RTK method, Total Station can be used. The coordinates from the static GCP shall be transferred to the Total Station by RTK method and the co- ordinates of the assets can then be captured by Total Station. All the features, attributes of all the assets, utilities captured shall be Geo referenced as per standard Coordinate reference system (WGS 84 UTM Zone 44N). The final base map with assets and utilities Note: 1) The utilities pertaining to water supply scheme work is attached in Sheet A. 2) The utilities pertaining to underground sewerage scheme (UGSS) is attached in Sheet - B 3) The General Assets are enclosed in Sheet - C 4) The minimum of 20 attributes to be filled for each feature / assets and as directed by the Site Engineer. Where the Site has already been surveyed and maps available in UTM Zone44 coordinate system with TBM available on ground or coordinates of other assets available on Ground. 195 shall be furnished in (.shp) format. The geo referenced assets and utilities along with the attributes (as specified by the GIS Wing, CMWSSB) shall be converted into proper geo database (FGDB / PGDB) with the attributes. One set Hard and Soft Copy of all the CMWSSB assets and utility has to be prepared category wise network wise in A0 Print for verification in a print scale of 1:1000 in A0 plot, with standard legends in international and NUIS standards and should be legible and three sets of final Hard Copy in A0 print.
