Coil earth to street light poles with No.8SWG GI wire of 11.5metres of length in which 10metres of total length compressed into a coil of one meter length ( 75mm to100mm dia ) connected suitable with hexagonal earth bolt of size 8mm in to 25mm welded on the pole at one end with a coil position fixed on the earth.

Supply and fixing of 4.5mtr Hight Flood light pole made of circular mild steel pipe (grade YST 210) 89mm Dia x 2.9mm thick with 4500mm Height. Single Arm Bracket stem made of MS pipe 89mm Dia x 2.9mm thick, emerging from a forged ring upto a length 293mm with L angle 40mm Square pipe of 300mm lenght on top for mounting for mounting 1 No. 120W flood light luminaire. PDC aluminium service door 348mm height x80mm width shall be provided with the company logo embossed on the bottom of the door and safety rope. The control gear tray is prewired with 2.5 Sq.mm cable, 6A SP MCB and 32A Ramanuj stud type 4 way terminal block for loop-in / loop-out arrangement, 5A 2 Way terminal connector and provision for earthing. Any other internal cables and connections shall not be covered in the scope of supply. Mild steel mounting plate 200mm Square x 12mm thick Steel of grade E250 to IS 2062:2011 with 4 elongated holes 38 x 19 to suit M16 x 500mm bolts of grade 4.6 at CC140. The base plate have a cable entry hole of 70mm dia at the center. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed foundation. All dimension are within +/- 5% tolerance. Earthing (Two Nos):- Supply and installation of earth pipe electrode as per IS 3043 complete with 3mtr long with 40mm dia 'B' class G.I. pipe Including 750mm x 750mm x 3mtr long excavation and construction of 850mm x 850mm x 300 mm high brick wall chamber with cement mortar. The chamber shall be provided with 450mm x 450mm x 10mm cast iron / RCC cover with frame and lockable facility. The plate electrode shall be filled with alternate layer of salt and charcoal as required full depth. The Cover shall be heavy duty to suit heavy vehicle movements: (2 per mast is mandatory, 1 for lightning and one for electrical).

Brick Work in CM 1:5 (One of Cement and Five of M-Sand) 230mm thick Using 2nd class ground moulded chamber burnt stock of size 9" x 4.5" x 3" including dewatering wherever necessary proper setting, curing etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1:5 (1 of cement and 5 of sand) 12mm thick in all floor levels including chipping, scaffolding, curing, labour charges etc., complying with standard specification

Fittings and internal Cables:- Supply and fixing of 8 nos. 300W LED flood light fitting with weather proof looping box, looping wires and internal wiring cables for lighing and control gear box (The LED floodlight made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP66 protection. Available in MB/WB angles. 10KV SPD included, System Efficacy ≥ 110/120/135) as directed by departmental officer.

Supply and Fixing of 150W LED FLOOD LIGHT FITTING with cool day light suitable for wall / roof sheet mounting, made out CRCA powder coated body, IP65 aluminium reflectors, poly methyl meth acrylate (PMMA) diffuser, glare free light, including electronic drivers, day light colour LED lamps, inter connecting wiring with suitable fixing clamps, hooks as required including accessories all inclusive etc., complete.

Supply and Clamping of 3C x 2.5 sqmm Flexible Multicore Cable manufactured with electrolytic grade flexible copper with FRLS conductor PVC insulation sheathed suitable for working voltage upto 1100 Volts grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with painting of suitable colour.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3 1/2c x 25 sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured cable with earth connection.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 4 C x 10 sq.mm PVC LTUG Aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping with electrical connection complete.

Providing and laying in position ,Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm 618 881 and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and m,aximum water cement ration of 0.45, including admixture (Plasticiser/Superplasticier)in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(4.79 cum)7670 kg of sand,nut excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc all completeandas directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Laying in position the best quality and 76mm / 90mm dia HDPE pipes of ISI mark, providing leak proof joints etc and making connectin to all sanitary fittings, including dismantling masonry / RCC works whereever necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3 1/2c x 35 sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured cable with earth connection.

Earth Work Excavation and deposting on banks with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, muram, gravel, stony earth and earth mixed with small boulders etc., as per SS 20B excluding hard rock requiring blasting etc., complete in all respects complying with relevent standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers.

Supply and installation maintenance free GI Earthing System comprising of 50mm dia and 2 mtr. long earth electrode of low carbon steel rod with 100 micron bonding and 25 kgs. of carbon based environment friendly backfill compound and suitable clamp.

Supplying and fixing SFRC manhole chamber size 750 x750 mm square manhole cover only Using M30 concrete rate includes of excise duty, Transporation charges, all other materials whichever necessary and labour charges etc as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling the Plain Cement Concrete and clearing away from the same 50m away from the site and roughing the surface etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and filling in foundation and basement with M sand / filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., complete as per standard specification.

Fabrication, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of weather proof CRCA sheet steel powder coated Panel board(Outdoor) of size 1200mm (L) x 1200mm (H) x 300mm (W) made up of 2mm powder coated in two partition with double door to house Energy Meter with 3 Nos 63A Proceline fuse unit complete in one side and 1 No 63A FP MCB with 4 nos of Bus Bar (Mini Pillar Model Type) for looping connections in second partition. The above box is to be erected in floor with proper masonary pedestal including earth work excavation and necessary angle irons, fastners, bolts and nuts for mounting the Box. The design of the panel should verify with the departmental officer before fabricaiton. The rate is inclusive of labour charges and Transportation etc., Complete.

Supply and erection of 6mtr High GI Steel Tubular Single Arm Bracket Pole with bottom of 3.65mm thick HT sheet steel plate along with 250 x 250 x 6mm base plate and 2mtr Single long arm bracket. The above Pole size of 76.10mm OD x 3.65mm Thick x 6000mm Length. Suitable for mounting 1no of 120W LED street light fittings. Including base plate and concrete foundation with M24 x 750mm long J type foundation bolts (EN8 grade) as shown in the drawing. The pole should be provided with 6A Single pole MCB housed in weather proof box DP 6A MCB, 4 way 30A rated terminal block for loop in and loop out cable arrangements, SMC box for loop in loop out, including earth with 1mtr long 25mm dia B’ class G.I pipe as earth electrode with charcoal, salt with 10SWG G.I. wire interconnected with street light pole. Cable entry and exit in G.I. pipe of 2.5” dia. fitted in pole with clamps as per DRG and Technical specification.

Foundation with M30 Concrete:- Earth Work Excavation at length, width and depth of 8ft x 8ft x 8 ft (8 Cu.ft) and considate the soil at initial stage. Construction of single mat (with minimum of 6mm dia rod) and concrete the base structure at a depth of 1 feet using M30 grade concrete (for excavated length and breadth of 8 meter) in the excavated area. Along with this base mat extend with centering slabs for highmast footing for 10 feet from the mat with suitable dimention (1 Cu.meter of foundation is exposed in the ground) considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 11 T / sq. mtr. and deposting on banks with initial lead of hard stiff clay stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, muram, gravel, stony earth and earth mixed with small boulders etc., as per SS 20B and as directed by departmental officers. Supply and fixing of foundation bolts with minimum of 1.25 Meter length manufactured from special steel along with necessary nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates etc..

Supply and Laying of 4C x 10 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size of 50mm HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good.

Supply and Clamping of 4C x 10 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG aluminium cable on post or on wall with MS-clamps, saddles, plugs, screws etc., complete including transport charges of UG cable.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 16 Meter high mast shaft and ring frame suitable for fixing 8 Nos of Flood light fitting. The entire shaft and ring frame is totally hot dip galvanised and the thickness of the shaft is suitable for withstanding the wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. The mast shafts shall be in two finished sections. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, steel wire rope 8mm dia double drum winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for luminaires as per lighting design & its control gear boxes. Erection and commissioning of the high mast with the help of suitable equipments and machinaries.
