Dismantling MS Gate

Reinforced Cement Concrete

Earth Work Excavation and deposting on banks with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, muram, gravel, stony earth and earth mixed with small boulders etc., as per SS 20B excluding hard rock requiring blasting etc., complete in all respects complying with relevent standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers.

Providing and constructing cast in situ hydraulic bored piles of 450mm diameter in M30 grade concrete using blended cement - slag cement with minimum cement content of 400kg/m³ in accordance with the structural engineers drawings and directions, but exculding reinforcement including cost of mobalization of all necessary plants, equipment's like piling rigs, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out cardinal points and the removal of the same, boring in overburden, using bentonite mud circulation technique or any other method duly through all strata upto the foundation level of piles etc., complete all as approved by the departmental engineer. Further include dewatering, placing concrete by tremie pipe method, disposal of bored material outside the site. Including Chipping carefully cut off portion of piles as required without any damage to the piles and dressing the top and removing all the debris away from the site with out any extra cost as directed including the cost of all tools, plants, conveyance, all labour, lead and lift required etc .,Conducting standard penetration test to identify the refusal strata for atleast 1 pile in group and atleast 25% of piles, comparing with refusal strata as indentified in soil report and providing socketting into refusal strata by 1.00mt or into hard rock by 100% dia of the pile. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap).

Supplying and filling with M-Sand well watered rammed, and consolidated complying with relevant standard specifications etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and Laying PCC 1:4:8 (1 of Cement, 4 of M-Sand and 8 of graded metal) using 40mm metal including cost and conveyance of all materials mixing, laying, compacting, curing etc., complete and as directed by the dept. officers.

Supplying and Erecting Centering for Sides and Soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3.29 M height for plane surface as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

For Plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, Portico slabs and beams, etc.,

For column footing plinth beam bed blocks templates staircase, steps piers raft beam raft slab etc.,

For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc

Providing and Laying M 30 Design Mix for all reinforced cement concrete with minimum cement content conform to IS 456-2000 using ordinary Portland cement of grade 53 from approved manufacturer, manufactured sand, 20 mm and down graded size coarse aggregates, necessary approved admixtures as per requirement. works for Raft, Grade beam, Shear wall, RCC walls, Lift walls, Plinth beams, Column, footings, Grade slab, Roof slab & beam, Curved slab, beam, Column drops, Pergola, Staircase waist and landing slab lintel, Sunshades, parapet Cum drops, Steps, canopy, window boxing slab, Loft, fins facia Planter box binders basement retaining wall, machine foundation, elevation features and other similar structures etc..excluding necessary centering, shuttering and reinforcement which shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. Rate to include all leads, lifts, tools & plants, fuels, all materials, labour charges, wastages , laying, pumping the concrete to all levels, providing sleeves / openings in RCC slabs, compaction by vibrator, curing etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

For Foundation and Basement

For Ground Floor (upto 3 m Height)

For Second Floor (6m to 7.15m)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS Rods for grills for all RCC works including bending, tying grills and placing in position including cost of steel, binding wire etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officer.

Flyash Brick Work in CM 1:5 [One of Cement and Five of M-Sand) 230mm thick Using size 230x110x70mm including dewatering wherever necessary proper setting, curing etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

For Ground Floor (0 to 3m)

For First Floor(3m to 5.5m)

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm dia casuarinas post of 4 M over all length (3 M Height + 0.5 M Projection + 0.5 M into the Ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25 M and the spacing of posts being 2.0 M in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5 M. Overlap on either side and braces at 2.0 M Center to center including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm thick and 1 M width, etc. in a complete from using coil and nails.

Upto 3 M Height

For every additional height of 2.5 M (3m - 5.50m)

For every additional height of 2.5 M (5.50m-7.15m)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3, 12 mm thick using the Plastering sand including curing and finishing neatly complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12 mm thick using the Plastering sand including curing and finishing neatly complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete

Paving the floor with Granite Slabs (Super Fine Polished with Machine Cut Edges) (Sinthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties) of sizes 4’x2’ and above 18mm to 20mm thick of approved quality over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with same cement mortar without any air gap in the slab neatly and polishing, curing, fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The quality of slab should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS: Supplying fabricating, hoisting, erecting and fixing in position Mild steel structural steel works of Pergola, Gate for compound wall and grill at all elevations, levels and heights including aligning, leveling, providing and fixing bolts, nuts, washers, comprising MS plates, flats, squares etc., of various sizes and other structural steel sections confirming to latest IS2062 Grade - A&B including straightening, cutting, welding, bending to shape, bolting and inclusive of the following finishes. The rate including cost of all materials, labour charges, scafolding, stagging, transportation, lead & Lifts, wastage, etc., complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. All MS members shall be painted with one coat of zinc chromite primer and 2 Coats of 35 microns DFT of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make etc,.The rate includes the cost of all materials,labour,tools,tackle and plants, wastage etc.,as per specification and drawings complete. The rate quoted is to include cost of bolts, nuts, washers, welding, electrodes and connections required for the work. No extra on this account will be paid for. The rate to include preparation of fabrication shop drawings for owner's approval

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost fpriming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Roofing with best Mangalore tiles set in Lime Mortar 1:2 ( 1 limeand 2 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand)) over flat tiles of size 15cmx15cmx12mm and including teak reepers,etc.,complete

Conveyance of Earth/Debris to a lead of within 30 km from site as directed by the Engineer inculding loading, unloading, hire charges for vehicle and other incidental charges etc., all complete as directed by the Departmental Officers.
