Providing and fixing of Delineator as per IRC 79- 2019(road way indicators, hazard markers and object markers) consisting of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 cm2 white color, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metallic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67 2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 Type XI table specification. The delineator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness, on top of which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides. The sign board should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed substructure and foundation with Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 grade column ( 1.25m * 1.25m * 1.90m) arid footing (1.8m * 1.8m * 0.3m) with Fe 500 steel over Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade levelling course of 100 mm thick for each vertical post, The minimum depth of foundation shall not be less than 2.00m. 1 number of MS Base plate of size 1200mm x 1200mm * 25mm with Anchor bolts of 25mm dia and 1000mm length, 2 numbers of MS Top plates of size 900 mm * 900mm * 16mm with suitable bolts, nuts and washers, suitable numbers of MS stifferier plates of 8mm thick are to be used for each vertical post, to hold the sign board at the bottom and top respectively including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges arid fixing the overhead sign board in position, etc., for satisfactory completion of the work as per structural and foundation drawings approved by the competent authority and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
