Supplying, fabricating and fixing of Fe 500 grade steel in position of steel Reinforcement for all RCC work with Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (TMT) conforming to IS 1786 of latest version according to drawings and binding the reinforcement with 18 gauge double fold GI binding wire and etc all complete and as directed by Departmental Officers.

Supplying and painting of 2 coats of weather proof exterior emulsion with high sheen, anti algal properties over one coat wall exterior primer of approved quality and shade etc., complete. Dadooing the wall with ceramic tiles of approved quality, colour and design joint free of size 600x300x10mm thick of approved make, in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:2 (one cement: Two sand) 10mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40 kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications. Rate including all materials, labour charges, wastages, necessary lead and lifts, working at all levels, transportaion charges, loading, unloading, the same before handing over as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Client / Engineer-in-charge.

Flooring with Joint free double charged vitrified tiles of approved quality, colour and design joint free of size 600 x 600 x 8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40 kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing Ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm flooring approved make and quality with plain/colour with base mortor in CM 1:3, 10mm thick and pointing with white cement by adding suitable colour pigments including finishing, jointing and polishing with neat finish etc., complete. Supply and Laying skirting 100 mm high with vitrified floor tiles confirming to IS 13006/EN 176 Group B1a with techical specification of approved make , set in C.M 1:3 (1 of Cement : 3 of manufactured sand) 12 mm thick and pointing the joints with white cementt compound and matching corner tile beading. Rate including all materials, labour charges, wastages, necessary lead and lifts, working at all levels, transportaion charges, loading, unloading, chasing of wall for flushing the tile inline with wall surface, preparation of surface, ncessary haccking in RCC surface, cutting of tiles to required shape, edging, tools and plants, fuel, curing, cleaning, acid wash over finished surface, protection with Gypsum / Pop layer over Plastic sheet and removing the same before handing over as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Client / Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying with best quality the following materials of Machine Polished granite slab for wash basin counter top of 18 mm thick (Jet Balck) including cutting for wash basin and edge polishing to be set in CM 1:4 (1 of cement : 4 of manufactured sand) 20 mm thick including finishing the joints with white cement slurry, cutting, edge chamfering to approved shape and polishing rough, medium, nice and tin-oxide polish.Rate including all materials, labour charges, wastages, necessary lead and lifts, working at all levels, transportaion charges, loading, unloading, preparation of surface, ncessary haccking in RCC surface, cutting to required shape, edging, tools and plants, fuel, curing, cleaning, acid wash over finished surface, protection with Gypsum / Pop layer over plastic sheet and removing the same before handing over as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

FOAMED PVC DOOR FRAME Specification: Providing factory made pre-laminated FPVC (Formed Polyvinyl Chloride) Door Frame of the size 105 x 40mm with a wall thickness of 10mm made out of extruded rigid FPVC profile mitre joined with 6 Nos. of 5mm long screw. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall by using 80mm long screws through the frame with the help of PVC fasteners of 3 Nos. to be provided for each vertical member, GI stiffeners of ('U' channel of size 29 x 9, 1mm, 150mm long) - 3 Nos. at hinge point, frame reinforcement of ('U' GI channel of size 46 x 22 x 0.6mm), bottom tie rod of ('U' GI channel size of 15 x 15 x 1mm), etc., complete complying with the standard specification. The door frame should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work. ABS DOOR / EQUIVALENT Specification:Providing of 35mm thick factory made pre-laminated ABS (Acrolynitrile Butadiene Styrene) Door Shutter moulded in different designs, consisting of all round frame made out of water proof solid foam PVC bar of size 20 x 32mm, reinforced by 32 x 32mm - 2 Nos., for vertical made out of LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber), core material of 32mm thick high density craft paper honey comb board, sandwiched on both sides with pre-laminated ABS sheet thickness of 1.5mm. PVC edge banding of size 0.45mm on the vertical sides. Hardware made out of steel coated butterfly hinges - 3 Nos., for each shutter and ISI make SS round lock complete for finished item of work, complete complying with the standard specification. The door shutter and frame should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Providing and fixing welded M.S. grills to the window openings,along the details as per drawing with necessary screws, bolts and fixed with necessary M.S. lugs embedded in masonry with C.C. 1:2:4 and finishing the surface neatly. Rate shall welding and consumables, etc. complete, as directed. Design of grills and the size of members to be used shall be got approval before put into use & as directed by the Client / Engineer-in-charge.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. ( The make quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the executive Engineer before use on works.)

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc. complete

Weathering course-using broken brick jelly 20 mm gauge in pure slacked lime (No sand to be used) over RCC roof slab. The proportion of broken brick jelly to slaked lime being 32:12½ cft well beaten by wooden beaters for giving required slope. Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3 (one cement and three sand) mixed with 2% of water proofing compound by weight of cement used and pointed with the same oiled mortar including mixing of red oxide etc ., Rate including all materials, labour charges, wastages, necessary lead and lifts, transportation charges, loading, unloading, with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Client / Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying water proofing treatment for bottom and sides of RCC pond covering the following order and consisting of following operations. i)Supply and Fixing 75 mm long 18 mm dia GI nozzles in the hole of about half the depth of member size in grid pattern at a spacing not more than 1.0 meter c/c while casting the bottom slab and along construction joints at a spacing not more than 1.0 meter c/c along the construction joints. ii) Supply and Applying injection grouting through the nozzles grouting pumps with a minimum pressure of 2 kg/sqcm with cement slurry admixed with CICO Non shrink Polymeric Water Proof Grouting Compound or approved equivalent at the rate of 2% by weight of cement. iii) Sealing off the nozzles and level the surface using integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.3 or approved equivalent in the ratio 1:1by weight. iv)The concrete slab shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove debris and dust, and application of two coats not less than 2 mm thick of TAPECRETE - RTU Polymer Based Elastomeric Waterproof Coating over well prepared surface

Supplying and laying of 83 mm thick Rubber Moulded Hydraulic pressed Cement Concrete Paver Block over the sand filling and compacted with power rammer. The rate includes cost of paver block, cost of sand, labour charges for laying, hire charges for power rammer, transportation, loading and unloading etc. complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Water Supply & Sanitary Arrangements

Supplying & fixing in position 15 mm dia brass/ C.P screw down tape (Heavy duty) of approved make conforming to I.S. Specifications & quality including cost of shellac, thread etc., complying with standard specifications & including cutting & threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the work).

Constructing brick masonry manhole with second sort ground moulded (Chamber burnt) bricks in CM 1:5 (one of cement, fivr of sand) including earthwork excavation and sand filling for a depth of 150mm top cover slab with CC 1:2:4 (one of cement, two of sand, four of graded aggregate) 20mm nominal size for fixing C.I Frame, including shuttering, reinforcement foundation concrete 1:4:8 (one of cement, four of sand, eight of graded aggregate 40mm nominal size) 100mm tk., plastering inner, outer and other exposed surface with 15mm tk., cement mortar 1:3 (one of cement, three of sand) and finishing with a floating coat of neat cement with water proofing compound as per specification, making channelsin CC 1:2:4 (one of cement, two of sand, four of graded aggregate) neatly finished including fixing C.I. Cover and frame, C.I. Rungs etc., complete complying to standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position the best quality and variety sizes PVC soil waste pipes 6Kg / cm2 of ISI mark, providing leak proof joints etc and making connection to all sanitary fittings, including dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever necessary and making good the portions. (The stone ware gully trap should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works ).

Supplying and fixing of indian make white glazed earthern ware flat back urinal of ISI make of (HxWxP : 44cm x 31.5cm x 26.5cm)provided with inlet connection using 15mm flexible PVC connection house of suitable length, 15mm CP push cock and 32mm bell mouthed PVC connection waste pipe etc., fixing to the wall in position with necessary teak wood plugs, clamps, screws etc., Rate inclusive for cost of materials labour and transport charges etc., complete (the urinal anf fittings should be got approved by the Engineer- In- charge before use on work.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 x 440mm, glazed earthern ware of approved quality and colour with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556-part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One of Lime, Two of Sand, Five of Brick jelly) 100mm thick and by dismantling brick masonry, reinforced finishing to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC soil pipes cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to origional condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Wash Hand Basin of size 550 mm X 400 mm with all accessories such as cast Iron Brackets, 32 mm Dia C.P. Waste coupling, Rubber plug and Chain, 32 mm dia ' B ' Class G.I. Waste pipe, 15 mm Dia G.M Wheel valve; 15 mm Dia Nylon connection, 15 mm Dia Brass Nipples, 15 mm C.P.
