Dismantling removing the Reinforced Cement Concrete work by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer in charge

Earthwork excavation in hard stiff clay, stiff back cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, etc, to the required depth as per SS 20B excluding hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and including refilling 0 to 2.0m depth consolidation depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and leveling the site with an initial lead of 10 metre and lifts as specified hereunder etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental Engineer.

Supplying and Filling with M - sand in foundation and others sub structures for 100mm thick and well watered, rammed and consolidated by power compacter. The rate includes the cost of M sand, compacting with mechanical compactors, labour charges for leveling, loading & Unloading and Transportation charges etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 ratio of (1of cement , 4 of manufactured sand and 8 of graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation and basement including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm thick and consolidation etc. The rate includes the cost of materials, labour charges, lifting charges, loading & Unloading and Transportation etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.30 m height with all cross bracing for plane surfaces as detailed below, using mild steel sheets of 90 X 60 cm 10 gauge stiffened with MS angle of 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over adjustable span & jacks and supported by 50mm dia pipes for general pipes scaffolding systems @ a spacing of 1.20m c/c and vertical connected at a height of 2.0m c/c including 'C' & 'U' clamps and base receiver cup at bottom for connecting pipes etc and removable systems etc., the rate including cost of all materials, labour charges, wastages, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, fixing in position at all levels, heights, masking tape in sheet joints, consumables, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square rcc columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of rcc boxing, etc

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of steel Fe 550 grade Reinforcement for all RCC work with Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (TMT) conforming to IS 1786 of latest version according to drawings and binding the reinforcement with 18 gauge double fold GI binding wire and providing Concrete cover blocks to maintain the cover as required. The rate including cost of all materials, bending, tying grills, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, all materials, labour charges, wastages , laying at all levels, fixing in position, cost of cover blocks and GI binding wires etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying M 30 Design Mix concrete for all reinforced cement concrete with minimum cement content conform to IS 456-2000 using ordinary Portland cement of grade 53 from approved manufacturer, manufactured sand, 20 mm and down graded size coarse aggregates, necessary approved admixtures as per requirement. works for Footings, Grade beam, drain wall & raft , Plinth beams, Column, Grade slab, Roof slab & beam, Column drops, Pergola, Staircase waist and landing slab lintel, Sunshades, parapet Cum drops, Steps, canopy, window boxing slab, Loft, fins facia Planter box, machine foundation, elevation features and other similar structures etc..excluding necessary centering, shuttering and reinforcement which shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. in-charge The rate including cost of all designing the mix, batching plant, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all levels, leads, lifts, tools & plants, fuels, all materials, labour charges, wastages , laying, pumping the concrete to all levels, providing sleeves / openings in RCC slabs, compaction by vibrator, gunny bags for curing etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Plastering external surfaces 12 mm thick with Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 of cement : 3 of P sand) with all complete as per specification and as directed. The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour charges, wastages, necessary lead and lifts, working at all levels, transportaion charges, loading, unloading, preparation of surface, ncessary haccking in RCC surface, scaffolding, stagging, providing drip bands, moulds, grooves to any size and shape as shown in drawings tools and plants, fuel, curing, cleaning, consumables etc as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and painting of 2 coats of weather proof exterior emulsion with high sheen, anti algal properties over one coat wall exterior primer of approved quality and shade etc., complete. The rate including cost of materials, brush, ladder, scrapping, washing, materials, labour charges, wastages , cleaning, necessary lead and lifts, scaffolding, stagging, working at all levels, elevations, transportaion charges, loading, unloading, curing, sanding, touchup putty, surface thoroughly cleaned and wetted before painting as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of laminated sandwicted composite panel of approved make in combinaion with solid and metallie cofors and it shall consisit of 3 mm thermoplastic 100% virgin mineral core sandwiched between 2 skins of 05mm thick Aluminium sheet (alloy designation 5000 serios - 1118 to 1124 confirming to B$ 1475) making a consolidated panel thicknessof 4mm ranging 7.30 to 17.60 kg/sqm and to be fixed on the framing system described above. The panel finished with PVDI (Polyvinylidnfluorid) coating containing minimum 170% kynar 500 and 30% resin of Lumillon based coating on the top side / top surface and the dry film thickness shall not be less than 23 microns for solid colour and 30 mierons for Metallic colour with natural pearl pigment. The reserve side coated with polyester based wash coat and top surface shall be protected with a self adhesive peel off foil. Lamination process of Aluminium panel shall only be glue technology and the source of complete composite panel shall only be aceented

Supply and fixing in position of Hot rolled structural steel Members/ Sections consisting of MS joists, channels, angles, purlins, pipes, hollow tubes, runners, insert plates, etc. at all levels. Surface preparation of all MS members by Sand blasting to SA 21/2 grade and painted with anti corrosive, PU paint (metallic finish) with compatible primer to a minimum film thickness of 75 microns and 2 coats of PU paint of and total dry film thickness 225 microns Rate to including all Lifts, wastage, cost of bolts, nuts, washers, welding, electrodes and connections required for the work. No extra on this account will be paid for, and the rate to include preparation of fabrication shop drawings for owner's approval. etc., as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and Constructing solid block masonry manhole various size of deep with cement mortar 1:3( 1 of Cement: 4 of coarse sand) R.C.C. Raft & top slab with cement concrete 1:2:4, plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix for base course (1of cement : 4 of coarse sand : 8 of graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) above that 150 mm thick RCC M25 raft slab inculding reinforcement 10mm dia 150mm c/c bothways. Plastering the inside walls with 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 of cement : 3 of m sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 of cement : 2 of M sand : 4 of graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ), finished with a floating coat of neat cement ,supplying and fixing SFRC manhole cover with farame of size 600x600 mm, PVC foot rest as per detailed drawing etc the quoted rate shall also necessary excavation and back filling etc complete.complete as per standard design : (the chamber and cover should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Electrical Works

Supply and fixing of Outdoor 7 segment 12 way 63A TPN MCB sheet steel distribution board (Higher end) with metal / acrylic door cover flush type /surface type fitted with busbars and neutral links with single / three phase MCB outgoings and seperate 4 way provision for accomodating one no. 4 pole incoming MCB / Isolator and another seperate 4 way provision for accomodating one no. 4 pole ELCB / RCD (totally 8 ways in one segment) (3x 6 ways in each segment) and seperate provision for MCB / Isolators ( totally 18 nos.) for sub incomers in 3 segments with lable holder and provison for taking up cable for size not less than 35 sq.mm. with the following on wall with earth connection only.

Supply and fixing of 20A DP plug and socket in sheet enclosure with 32A DP MCB in flush with wall including earth connection, rate includes all materials, labour charges, loading, unloading, transportation, lifting, etc and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and laying of 3-1/2 x 35 sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG cable in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre putting 0.15 metre layer of sand and covering the cable completely with bricks and sand and refilling the earth to make good, rate includes all materials, labour charges, loading, unloading, transportation, lifting, etc and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3-1/2 x 35 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection, rate includes all materials, labour charges, loading, unloading, transportation, lifting, etc and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 31/2C x 25sq.mm PVCLTUG Aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping with electrical connection complete, rate includes all materials, labour charges, loading, unloading, transportation, lifting, etc and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and run of 2 of 2.5 sqmm (36/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V Grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection 1 of 2.5 sqmm (36 /0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour, rate includes all materials, labour charges, loading, unloading, transportation, lifting, etc and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of Aluminium Profile Surface Mounting of Size: 75 x 20 (MM)' Strip Light PCB: 10 mm Wattage/Mtr: 18W No of LEDs/Mtr: 24 Nos Driver WATTS: 250W 12V IP67 to the fitting, on PVC unheathed copper leads from terminals to the fittings and to complete accessories and etc to complete the work(Make Light Maters), rate includes all materials, labour charges, loading, unloading, transportation, lifting, etc and as directed by the departmental officers.
