Providing and Laying M 30 Design Mix for all reinforced cement concrete with minimum cement content confirm to IS 456-2000 using ordinary Portland cement of grade 53 from approved manufacturer, manufactured sand, 20 mm and down graded size coarse aggregates, necessary approved admixtures as per requirement. Works for Raft, Grade beam, Shear wall, RCC walls, Lift walls, Plinth beams, Column, footings, Grade slab, Roof slab & beam, Curved slab, beam, Column drops, Pergola, Staircase waist and landing slab lintel, Sunshades, parapet Cum drops, window boxing slab, Loft, fins facia Planter box binders basement retaining wall, machine foundation, elevation features and other similar structures etc..excluding necessary centering, shuttering and reinforcement which shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. Rate to include all designing the mix, batching plant, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all levels, leads, lifts, tools & plants, fuels, all materials, labour charges, wastages, laying, pumping the concrete to all levels, providing sleeves / openings in RCC slabs, compaction by vibrator, curing etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of steel Fe 500 grade Reinforcement for all RCC work with Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (TMT) conforming to IS 1786 of latest version according to drawings and binding the reinforcement with 18 gauge double fold Gl binding wire and providing cover blocks to maintain the cover as required. Rate to include all bending, tying grills, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, all materials, labour charges, wastages, laying at all levels, fixing in position, cost of cover blocks, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing of Granular Sub base using Grade I materials of table 400-1 of Morth with minimum CBR 30 spreading in uniform layers of 250mm thick with motor grader on prepared surface, mix in by palce method at OMC and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including all labour charges etc, complete as per technical specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM) of 250mm thick specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base /base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.Rate to include all materials ,labour charges, transportation, fuel charges, loading ,unloading, tools & plants, compacting water ,etc.all complete.

Providing and laying to required line and grade as per the drawing interlockingcement concrete blocks of M 50 grade 100 mm thick laid over the sand cushion. The size and the shape of the concrete blocks had to be approved before sourcing/ manufacturing the same. The aggregate used for the manufacture of the blocks shall be sound and free from soft apiecces. The proportion of the coarse aggregate in the mix is typically 40 percent and the fine aggregate shall be 60% The size of the coarse aggregate should lie between 6mm and 12mm and the gradation should be in the recommended range for cement concrete mixes in general. The sand cushion 80 mm thickness shall satisfy the following gradation table-1.The gaps between the two blocks shal be filled with relatively finer sand than the bedding sand of gradation as per table- 2. The paver blocks shall be compacted using a light tandem roller or plate compactor till the required grade and line is achieved. The rate shall include laying of the bedding sand levelling, laying of paver blocks, filling of the filling sand and compaction.Rate to include all materials ,labour charges, transportation, fuel charges, loading ,unloading, tools & plants, compacting water ,etc.all complete.

Providing guildeline road marking kerb painting (special acrylic medium pigmented) involving cleaning the surface free of dirt and loose particles applying one coat of primer and applying one layer of 20 to 25 microns. Rate shall include for all materials , labour components loading ,unloading ,transportation , fuel charges etc., as complete all respects complying with relevant IRC specifications, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is 20/ exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be levelled uniform and free from streaks and holes etc completed as per MORTH specification No.803.Rate to include all materials ,labour charges, transportation, fuel charges, loading ,unloading, tools & plants, compacting water ,etc.all complete.
