Fabrication, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of weather proof CRCA sheet steel powder coated Panel board(Indoor) of size 1200mm (L) x 1200mm (H) x 300mm (W) made up of 2mm powder coated in two partition with double door and necessary provision to house Energy Meter(for fixing existing meter) with inbuilt 3 Nos 63A Proceline fuse unit complete in one side and 1 No 63A FP MCB with 4 nos of Bus Bar (TNEB Mini Pillar Model Type) for looping connections in second partition. The above box is to be erected in floor with proper masonary pedestal including earth work excavation and necessary angle irons, fastners, bolts and nuts for mounting the Box. The design of the panel should verify with the departmental officer before fabricaiton. The rate is inclusive of civil work(Pedestal) labour charges and Transportation.

Supply and Clamping of 31/2 C x 25 Sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG aluminium cable on post or on wall with MS-clamps, saddles, plugs, screws etc., complete including transport charges of UG cable.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3 1/2c x 25 sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured cable with earth connection.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 31/2 C x 25sq.mm PVC LTUG Aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping with electrical connection complete.

Supply and Fixing of 3phase 4way Vertical TP MCB distribution boards with Acrylic Door Cover flush type or surface type with IP 42protection fitted with bus bars and neutral link, 1no 63A 4pole incoming MCB, 3nos of 32A TP MCB and 3nos 10A SP MCB for outgoings with terminating both incoming and outgoing cables complete etc.

Supply and fixing of WT Bulk head fitting (Philips / Bajaj / Crompton / K-Lite) suitable for 100/60W Lamp with 15W LED Bulb etc. Complete.

Coil earth to Lift car with 1 no of 14SWG TC wire connected suitable with hexagonal earth bolt of size 8mm into 25mm welded on the Lift Car at one end with a coil position fixed on the earth.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mt class 'B' GI Pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm, with necessary funneling arrangements etc. Complete.

Construction of Earth Pit chamber of size L450 x B450 x D600mm with suitable brick work 2" thick RCC slab on the top of the Earth chamber. The rate includes inner plastering of the Earth chamber.

CIVIL WORKS

Dismantling, removing stacking Reinforced cement concrete using the kerb wall etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation for foundation trenches in all types of soils and sub soils except on hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water whenever necessary and depositing the soil as directed upto the lead of 10 m including dressing the sides and ramming of bottoms including back filling the same.

Filling in with filling sand in foundation and below pavement for 100mm depth and well watered, rammed and consolidated by power compacter as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including the cost of sand hire charges for compactor etc., complete.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 (1cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation and basement including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm thick and consolidation etc.

Supply and constructing cement concrete solid block masonry work at all levels in cement mortar 1:5 (1 of Cement : 5 of manufactured sand ) using Portland Pozzolana Cement standard size of 400 x 200 mm and 200 mm thick of solid cement concrete with minimum compressive strength of 5 N/Sq.mm.conforming to IS 2185 or equivalent BS and Fly ash conforming to IS : 3812 (Part III)-1966* may be used for part replacement of fine aggregate up to a limit of 20 percent complete and as directed. Concrete blocks manufactured under strict quality control conditions using modern rugged block casting and stripping machine with the latest moulding techniques etc,. only shall be used. Rate to include all materials, labour charges, wastages for working at all levels with necessary lead and lifts, transportation charges, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, curing, fuel, consumables as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Client / Engineer-in-charge.

Superstructure - Ground floor

Providing formwork for centering shuttering etc. for all RCC works including strutting for height upto 3.29m using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 quage stiffened with mild steel angles angles if size 25mm x 15mm x 3mm laid over silver oak providing strutting to centering of reinforced cement concrete columns,slabs or plane surfaces for every additional than 30cm over initial 3m height. (initial 3m will be measured from the finished PCC level)

For plane surfaces such as Rcc sloor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams etc.

For column footing plinth beam bed bloks templates staircase, steps piers raft beams raft slab etc.

For plane surfaces such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical walls etc.

For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing etc.

Providing and Laying M 30 Design Mix for all reinforced cement concrete with minimum cement content conform to IS 456-2000 using ordinary Portland cement of grade 53 from approved manufacturer, manufactured sand, 20 mm and down graded size coarse aggregates, necessary approved admixtures as per requirement. works for Footings, Grade beam, drain wall & raft , Plinth beams, Column, Grade slab, Roof slab & beam, Column drops, Pergola, Staircase waist and landing slab lintel, Sunshades, parapet Cum drops, Steps, canopy, window boxing slab, Loft, fins facia Planter box, machine foundation, elevation features and other similar structures etc..excluding necessary centering, shuttering and reinforcement which shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. in-charge. The rate including cost of all designing the mix, batching plant, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all levels, leads, lifts, tools & plants, fuels, all materials, labour charges, wastages , laying, pumping the concrete to all levels, providing sleeves / openings in RCC slabs, compaction by vibrator, gunny bags for curing etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

In Foundation & Basement

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of plain bars for dowel rods or RTS rods for all RCC works, including the cost of steel, bending, binding, cost of binding wire etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Structural Glazing: Providing and fixing structural glazing fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel colour coated (Base steel as per IS 513 of 'D'quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120grams / Sqm.) with total coated thickness of 0.72mm. The glass holding section made of 304 grade SS of 0.6mm thick. Galvanized steel sections are to be used as stiffeners inside the colour coated steel / powder coated sections as per the design requirement. Design calculations are made to suit wind pressures as given in IS 875. Paint specifications: Primer coat with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated with pure polyester powder upto 50-60microns thick.

Diemensions : The section should be of 37x 53mm for frame vertical, 37x53mm for frame horizontal section and section for reinforcement should be of 31 x 55mm. galss holding section should be of 37 x37mm for top and bottom grids in between should be of 37 x18 mm...... Accessories : Brackets made of CRCA powder coated/ electro plated should be used to fix vertical at top and botttom and vertical to slab as per site rquirement. Polyurethane brackets should be used to connect horizontal section to veritcal sections. Slicone : Natural cure, with good UV resistance to be used. The above frame should be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by useing nylon self - expanding cap and driving MS electro plated 80mm long screws into the caps through frames. Glass: 5mm refelective Saint Gobain OR equivalent.

Providing and fixing of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) 4 sided having 50 x 25 x 1.50mm frame work vertical and horizontals out of specially designed extruded sections withstand wind pressure of 180 Kg /Sq.m and fabricated fixed at all level elevation and heights. The extruded section cutting and fixing required space extruded section shall be of 6063 and alloy pf BSH 9 confirming T is - 63400 rate shall included to fix the main frame with necessary clamps, fasterners, bolt, nuts etc. the main frame of extruded section shall be of 22843 & 22739 (H9) grade conforming to BS 4174 (or) IS 8147. Rate shalll included 4mm thick ACP sheet (0.25+ 3.5 + 0.25)astrong or equivalent fixing with spacer tape and the ACP sheet bounded with special type structural sealant of dow corning 789 or equivalent in dust free conditions the gaps between ACP sheet to be filed with whether sealant and backer rod and 12mm foam sheet to ensure water and air tightness in all complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officer.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing all RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshade, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs etc with CM 1:3 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary CM nosing, beading as per the size specified wherever neessary using the same mix etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officer.

Painting the walls with Two coat of first class Plastic Emulsion Paint over one coat primer of approved colour including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of paris, putty wherever required and scaffolding charges to required at site site condition and neat finishing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.( The colour and brand should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work )
