Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (1 of cement : 4 of coarse manufactured sand : 8 of hard broken stone jelly) using coarse graded aggregate of 40 mm for leveling course under footing, steps, walls, raft, retaining wall, drains, kerb and median, platform etc. including all materials, labour charges, wastages , mixing, curing compaction, transportation, necessary lead and lifts etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as per IS 456-2000 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.30 m height with all cross bracing for plane surfaces as detailed below, using mild steel sheets of 90 X 60 cm 10 gauge stiffened with MS angle of 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over adjustable span & jacks and supported by 50mm dia pipes for general pipes scaffolding systems @ a spacing of 1.20m c/c and vertical connected at a height of 2.0m c/c including 'C' & 'U' clamps and base receiver cup at bottom for connecting pipes etc and removable systems etc., Rate to include all materials, labour charges, wastages , placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, fixing in position at all levels, heights, masking tape in sheet joints, consumables, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete Column footing, plinth / grade beam, bed blocks, template surfaces, steps, piers, raft slab / beams and such other members

For all type of walls (any thickness) including, retaining wall, core walls, shear wall, parapet wall, fins, facia, kerb and median etc... for all floors & levels.

Providing the Reinforced cement concrete M-30 using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for all RCC works such as slabs, beams, footings, staircase waistslabs, steps, landing beams fins , boxing, vertical louver, drops, window sill slabs projection and other similar works including laying curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of steel Fe 500 grade Reinforcement for all RCC work with Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (TMT) conforming to IS 1786 of latest version according to drawings and binding the reinforcement with 18 gauge double fold GI binding wire and providing Concrete / PVC cover blocks to maintain the cover as required. Rate to include all bending, tying grills, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, all materials, labour charges, wastages , laying at all levels, fixing in position, cost of cover blocks, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and applying water proofing treatment on Retaining walls external surface at Raft sides etc. using cement admixed with water proofing compound in the following order.

i) Making ' V ' grooves at the construction joints of size 20 x 20 mm and filling the "V" Groove with CICO No. 3 Quick Setting Waterproofing Compound admixed with cement

ii) Supply and Fixing of 50 long 18 mm dia GI nozzles in the hole of about half the depth of member size along construction joints, and honey comb areas at a spacing not more than 1m c/c.

iii) Supply and Applying injection grouting through the nozzles grouting pumps with a minimum pressure of 2 kg/sqcm with cement slurry admixed with CICO Non shrink Polymeric Water Proof Grouting Compound or approved equivalent at the rate of 2% by weight of cement.

iv) Sealing & cutting of nozzles and leveling the surface using integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.3 or approved equivalent in the ratio 1:1by weight.

v)Supply and applying one coat of TAPECRETE Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious Slurry Coat over well prepared surface as a Primer and applying CICO CORCHEM 206 - I Polyurethane Based Elastomeric Coating to the thickness of 1.5 mm in 2 coats over TAPECRETE slurry coat applied surface.

iii) Lay protective plaster layer with 12mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) admixed with Normal setting integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.1 or approved equivalent conforming to IS 2645 at the rate of 2% by weight of cement over the third coat of brush topping. Plaster shall be cured by spraying of water for the next 7days. The entire water proofing system shall be protected with a 25 mm thick extruded polystrene with necessary low VOC adhesieve

Supply and laying water proofing treatment of internal walls of STP, ETP, Over head tanks, Water tanks etc., covering the following order and consisting of following operations.

i)Supply and Fixing 75 mm long 18 mm dia GI nozzles in the hole of about half the depth of member size along the construction joints, and honey comb areas at a spacing not more than 1m c/c.

ii) Applying injection grouting through the nozzles grouting pumps with a minimum pressure of 2 kg/sqcm with cement slurry admixed with CICO Non shrink Polymeric Water Proof Grouting Compound or approved equivalent at the rate of 2% by weight of cement .Grouting operations to be taken up after the concrete reached the full strength, i.e. 28 days after casting of concrete.

iv) Sealing &cutting of the nozzles and leveling the surface using integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.3 or approved equivalent in the ratio 1:1by weight.

vii)The wall surface shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove debris and dust, and application of two coats not less than 2 mm thick of TAPECRETE - RTU Polymer Based Elastomeric Waterproof Coating over well prepared surface

Supply and laying water proofing treatment for bottom of over head tanks covering the following order and consisting of following operations.

i)Supply and Fixing 75 mm long 18 mm dia GI nozzles in the hole of about half the depth of member size in grid pattern at a spacing not more than 1.0 meter c/c while casting the bottom slab and along construction joints at a spacing not more than 1.0 meter c/c along the construction joints.

ii) Supply and Applying injection grouting through the nozzles grouting pumps with a minimum pressure of 2 kg/sqcm with cement slurry admixed with CICO Non shrink Polymeric Water Proof Grouting Compound or approved equivalent at the rate of 2% by weight of cement.

iii) Sealing off the nozzles and level the surface using integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.3 or approved equivalent in the ratio 1:1by weight.

iv)The concrete slab shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove debris and dust, and application of two coats not less than 2 mm thick of TAPECRETE - RTU Polymer Based Elastomeric Waterproof Coating over well prepared surface

Supply and laying of respective water proofing treatment at below mentioned locations including all below activities. The surface to be waterproofed shall be cleaned to ensure it is free of laitance, loose particles, oily substance which may affect the adhesion of the waterproofing system, using mechanical rotary wire brush and related tools etc. Rate including all materials, labour charges, wastages with necessary lead and lifts, working at all levels, transportation charges, loading, unloading, preparation of surface, necessary hacking in RCC surface, scaffolding, staging, tools and plants, fuel, curing, cleaning, testing, consumables and also include for conducting leakage test at toilet sunken portion and over head tanks by storing water on the sunken continuously for a period of 7 days etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying water proofing treatment on top of PCC laid for Grade slab, Raft, Pile cap ,footing & beam, STP, ETP, UG Sump , Water tank etc., in the following order and consisting of following operations.

i) Supply and applying of one coat of TAPECRETE Acrylic Polymer Cementitious Coating over rendered PCC surface. Application of CORCHEM 206 – I High Build Polyurethane Based Elastomeric Coating to the thickness of 1.5 mm in two coats over TAPECRETE applied surface.

ii)Supply and Fixing 75 mm long 18 mm dia GI nozzles in the hole of about half the depth of member size in grid pattern at a spacing not more than 1.0 meter c/c while casting the raft slab and along construction joints at a spacing not more than 1.0 meter c/c along the construction joints.

iii) Supply and Applying injection grouting through the nozzles grouting pumps with a minimum pressure of 2 kg/sqcm with cement slurry admixed with CICO Non shrink Polymeric Water Proof Grouting Compound or approved equivalent at the rate of 2% by weight of cement.

iv) Sealing & cutting of the nozzles, and leveling the surface using integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.3 or approved equivalent in the ratio 1:1by weight.

Supply and grouting the gaps around the pipes at any dia should be filed in order to provide a proper bond and the same to be aligned by the respective agency. Clean the entire surface and remove the loose particles from the core area. Minimum of 10mm all around gap to be provided between the pipe and the core Provide shuttering below the core apply one coat of CICO LATEX over the area and fill up the hole with CICO GROUT - GP Polymer Based Non-Shrink Grout and finish the surface smoothly

Fabricating and fixing of Puddle flanges in water tanks with making in G.I 'C' Class pipe with Hot Dip Galvanizing 6mm thick GI plate alround 3" / 6" with proper thread on the pipes and necessary flanges for bigger diameter pipes, etc. complete. (the puddle flanges sholud be got approved by the Concern department Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing of 110mm dia PVC Rain Water Pipe 4 Kg /sqcm , of approved quality with necessary C.I. Gratings 110 mm dia PVC plain bend ,110 mm PVC shoe ,off sets,M.S. special clamps (heavy) teak wood plugs and screws of approved quality etc. including fixing C.I. grating 100mm dia at the junction of parapet and floor or roof slab and jointing with rubber lubricant etc, complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of Inspection Chamber of size 60x60x60cm with necessary earth work excavation 40mm size brick jelly concretein C.M.1:4:10 ( 1 cement, 4 river sand and 10 broken brick jelly) stock brick work in C.M.1:6 (1 cement and 6 river sand) for 23cmthick wall benching channelling and plastering interior exterior and top with C.M.1:3 (1 cement and 3 river sand) 12mm thick and providing 7.5 cm thick RCC loose slab covering in CC 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement, 2 river sand and 4 blue granite broken stone jelly of 12mm to 20mm size) with necessary reinforcement and arrangements to lift for cleaning purpose etc.

Supplying and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc Gear Operated Type

Fixed cum sliding windows using 2 track or 3 track system Panel with Monolithic Glass and Mosquito mesh as described below :

Designing, providing and fixing Aluminium fixed cum sliding windows using 2 track or 3 track system and fixed at all levels, having a main frame work of vertical and horizontals (Mullion & Transom) with Glass / Mesh in-fill. Main frame work shall be made out of specially designed approved extruded sections shall satisfy the structural design criteria specified in the technical specification. All aluminium sections shall be 63400 (H9) grade conforming to IS 8147, PVDF Coated (not less than 35 Microns) of approved colour confirming to ASTM. Mainand Shutter frames shall install only on RC concrete surface with necessary Consealed HDG/Aluminium shoe type brackets of suitable size, Anchors of HSA -R or HST - R as suitable with the required size of Hilti or Fischer or approved Equivalant make, Aluminium clamps, fastening straps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers and all fastening materials shall be in stainless steel and the gasket thickness and shore density shall be suitable to hold the specified thickness of glass. No anchors/Screws/fasteners are allowed on the Masonry wall and Bi-Mettalic barriers shall be provided between 2 different metals are in contact. No Half mullion and Transom is allowed on the system and end cap shall be provided of size not be less than 2 mm thick to profile to cover the gap between frame and adjoining structure. All Aluminium frame shall be finished with PVDF with thickness not less than 35 microns of approved colour. All panels are to be fixed with suitable snap fit, aluminium beading with special weather proof cascades, Neoprene strips etc. complete, as directed. Necessary non-staining weather silicon sealant - DC 991 HP of Dow corning or approved equivalent make shall be provided at the junctions between wall and main frames.

SS mesh (Black colour coated) shall be fixed on the window track suitably by using aluminium frame works. Note: Size, thickness, profile, shape of frames and all members, Hardwares, accessories etc are given above are tentative, indicative and as minimum. It is the responsibility of the Facade approved Specilized vendor to check the above profile, size and thickness to satisfy the specified wind load with Corner effect, Service loads and provide the sections suitably but not less than the specified section and profile details above. Mesh area with shutter shall only be considered for Mesh Items below and main frames are common for both Glass and Mesh Shutters. Glass shutter rates are including complete frame and accessories as described above. Rate shall include cost for supplying and fixing of glass and main frame for shutters, all hardwares and shutter frames as complete shutter, stainless steel safety clips at each corner of glass as an additional safety to avoid breakage of corner of the glass, EPDM / Neoprene barrier, extruded Reddiprone weather strip to ensure water and air tightness, SS mesh (316 Grade), sealing the pheriphery with non staining weather silicon sealant - DC 991 HP of Dow corning or approved equivalent make, and it shall be provided at the junctions between wall, main frames and wherever required and necessary hardware's like, rollers, concealed locks with Handle cum key of Geze / Giesse / Kinlong make etc. complete all as directed. System to be designed to with stand design wind pressure of 200 Kg/Sqm plus Corner Effect 15% of wind load, total pressure shall be 230 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS 875 part 3 and other load, Service load parameters shall be as specified in Technical specification.

Providing and fixing welded M.S. grills for the window openings and any openings as per drawing with necessary screws, bolts and fixed with necessary M.S. lugs embedded in masonry with C.C. 1:2:4 and finishing the surface neatly. Rate shall include for two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc phosphate primer, necessary tools & plants, welding and consumables, etc. complete, as directed. Design of grills and the size of members to be used shall be got approval before put into use & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick Work in CM 1:5 [One of Cement and Five of M-Sand) 230mm thick Using 2nd class ground moulded chamber burnt stock of size 9"x4.5"x3" including dewatering wherever necessary proper setting, curing etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing all RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, stair case steps, landing slabs etc with CM 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary CM nosing, beading as per size specified wherever necessary using the same mix etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer

Plastering with C.M 1:5 (1 of Cement and 5 of M-Sand) 12mm thick with fine river sand for plastering including curing, neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and painting the Ceiling with two coats of cement paint as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications

Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping,clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes,sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer

Painting the New Iron Work with Two Coats of best approved first quality and colour of Synthetic Enamel Paint over the existing Red Oxide Primer of approved quality and shade.The paint should be supplied by the contractor at his own cost, etc., all Complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Providing and fixing of GI hand railing for 1050 mm height, in general it shall be made up with B class 50mm dia GI pipe bent to shape as top railing and three rows of 25mm dia pipe as intermediate railings all are to be fixed with GI balustrades of 32mm dia at 600mmc/c anchored into the base concrete with necessary hardwares, GI caps, grouting etc. complete. The rate shall be inclusive of finishing the GI surfaces shall be painted with 2 Coats (each coat of 25 microns DFT) of red oxide zinc phosphate primer and 2 Coats (each coat of 35 microns DFT) of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make etc. Rate including all materials, labour charges, wastages, necessary lead and lifts, transportation charges, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, straightening, cutting, fabricating, welding, bending to shape bolting, installation charges, fuel, tools and tackles, consumables as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in panels not more than 20 sqm. in plan Granolithic flooring with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 of cement : 1.5 of Manufactured sand : 3 of stone aggregate) by using coarse graded aggregate of 6 to 12 mm size laid monolithic with floor concrete and finished smooth with power trowel including preparation of concrete surface and form work. The screed shall be laid for effective separation of panels not exceeding 20 sqm in plan etc and Unevenness in floor finish shall not exceed +2mm in one squaremetre area. Including sprinkling of Nitoflor Hardtop Standard evenly a shake on a ready mixed non-metallic monolithic floor hardening compound with very hard granulates of mineral origin over concrete floor when the concrete in green and touch dry condition at the rate of 5 Kgs/Sqm. Nitoflor Hardtop Standard shall possess a compressive strength of 50N/mm² as per IS: 516-1959, Moh's hardness not less than 8, as per specification and instructions of the manufacturer.
