The required prior work experience for the bidder includes general work experience in construction works as a prime contractor or subcontractor since a specific date. Specifically, the bidder should have experience in the construction of civil structure works as a Prime Contractor, with a minimum of one work of value 9.72 Crores or above, or two works each of value 6.08 Crores or above, or three works each of value 4.86 Crores or above, that have been satisfactorily or substantially completed. The term 'substantially completed' means that the works have been progressed above 80% of the value of the work, excluding GST. The value of similar works completed is considered for qualification criteria, and price levelling at the rate of 5% per year is applied. In case of a JV, the value of contracts completed by its members shall not be aggregated to determine whether the requirement of the minimum value of a single work has been met, and only the bidder's share, by value, shall be considered to meet the requirement. Each contract performed by each member shall satisfy the minimum value of a two/three works as required for a single entity.
